Jeremy worked with my dad to come up with what would look the best and be the most functional for the garage space. Jeremy was extremely professional and timely with his work. My dad can be...frustrating...to work with at times, and Jeremy was patient and understanding throughout the entire process. The work was complete in the estimated time, and not a speck of dust was left behind when he was finished. We would definitely use JK Door Services in the future and also recommend them to anyone in the area.

Jeremy gave me great advice and a good price, which included inspection and recalibration of our motorized opener and a 1-year warrantee on parts and labor. I'll call him again for the second door when its over-wound spring fails someday. Thanks again, Jeremy!

As an out-of-state landlord with properties in Akron, Ohio, I had no idea who to call, especially on a holiday. I reached out to 3 of the top 5-star vendors on Yelp and was literally on hold with one company while they "checked their database" for pricing in order to give me an estimate. That's when Mr. Keith King texted me back and said he could take care of it. Keith went straight over, despite having a nail in his tire, repaired the cable quickly, and charged a very fair price. No service fee just to give an estimate (which others were trying to charge), no holiday price gouging, and no hassle. He emailed me an invoice with a payment link, and that was it , easy and professional. Honest, reliable, and genuinely helpful. I couldn't ask for better service, especially during the holidays. Highly recommend.

My sensors have never worked right which means I can not make use of the app and it's features. I am literally suing them because after I told them about the issues, without even looking at photos or asking a single question, told me I am out of luck. These people suck and you should call Precision out of Akron, they do a much better job. UPDATE: A manager came out to look at everything. While he was on site he was personally expressing that he realizes Action messed up but his hands were tied. So he called the owner Dino, and Dino denied all liability. I am now suing action door because they don't do the right thing. Beware.
