We started with a 30+ year old-ish garage door opener that came with the house, they repaired that and it lasted a few years more. Then a couple years later I ordered a super-powered one from Sears & had them come and install (since we had great experience with them & didn't know who Sears would send). Another time the big spring over the door (30+ years old) finally went & they came & replaced that. More recently, the garage door track's rollers went bad & bent the track. The same nice guy we always see showed up, fixed the track & put brand new rollers (like roller blade type) that not only fixed the operation of the door but made it SO much quieter. We are so fortunate to have this business with polite professionals that do an honest & great job to fix what is needed (never EVER pressuring us to do more than needed or to install an expensive new door). They come, do their job quickly & professionally with no drama.  This is the epitome of a great small business that does what they need to do & takes care of the people in the community they serve. This is one of those cases where I feel compelled to leave the well-deserved positive review, especially when so often people are only motivated to post the bad. That said, I am completely confused by the couple of bizarrely bad reviews on here, because that couldn't have been further from my (multiple time) experiences over the years (including VERY recently as well) & we truly HAD been just saying "we are so lucky to have them to call on."   Their prices are SO reasonable for this small business you have to wonder what someone would be thinking to complain they didn't have a "showroom." They also call my wife and left VM to see if she was home, how they got her number we may never know. As we called them to inquire, they said it was a mistake and they were supposed to be 10 houses down. We know those people and they said they did not call them either ! When Tom and Ben arrived, they introduced themselves with handshakes and smiles, and then Tom proceeded to not miss a beat: he roll on the ground under the partially open door, assessed the situation within minutes, popped up standing on the other side to explain what he and Ben were going to do. The door was bent, the track was bent, and several wheels were dangling. We, for sure, thought we had to replace the whole door. Not at all. In less than an hour, the two remarkably trained, seasoned technicians, had our door repaired with 10 new wheels, 2 new sets of cables, and 2 new metal corner door plates for an exceedingly reasonable cost! IT.WAS.AMAZING! My husband and I couldn't thank them enough.
