I booked the appointment, but commented that I was going to call and see if I could get someone else out sooner. The guy became really rude. AD: "I'm gonna cancel. You want me to cancel?" Me: "No, don't cancel." AD: "But you said you were gonna call someone else. I need to free up the appointment if you're not going to show." Me: "I will call and cancel IF I find someone else."
