Me: "No, don't cancel." AD: "But you said you were gonna call someone else. I need to free up the appointment if you're not going to show." Me: "I will call and cancel IF I find someone else." AD: "If you're just going to cancel again, I'll cancel you now." Me: "I DIDN'T CANCEL THE FIRST TIME. KEEP THE APPOINTMENT. I WON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE."
