Our door opener needed to be replaced so he quickly ordered and was able to install it the next morning. I can't believe how quick he was. We literally have a new opener less than 24 hours after it broke. He was polite, professional and super to deal with. I would not hesitate to call him for any future garage door needs.

Noon we called to ask and he said he can't do it as promised we would have to wait until Wednesday, We cancelled everything . This is not the first time Bob said he would do something and never showed or called. We contacted Doors Mechanics and they came out, it was the travel module that needed to be replaced, adjusted the tension to balance the door, this was never done correctly by B&B Overhead door because B&B never balanced nor adjusted the tension bars it warped the chain drive, and we had to replace the cables due to the door not balanced caused the cables to fray and they would not wind right. Our Door never sounded or worked properly as it should had, for over 4 years it would stop and start, made alot of noise. Door Mechanics is who you want to call to fix our garage door, they did a wonderful job and we didn't have to replace the garage door or opener as B&B told us we needed to do. He trouble shot the system and found nothing was defective with his system , but the 120volt outlet was defective. He replaced it and didn't charge us. They came out and told me I needed a new door and opener. I was quoted around $1900 and I was under…read morethe impression I was getting a door and an opener. The guy who initially came out thought the opener was the problem and he wrote it on the order! Had I known it was just for the door, I would have called someone else to do it cheaper! They scheduled me the following day for a week later, and I had to take the morning off to accommodate them. That day, they called canceled on me before I went on vacation because the door they told me was in stock wasn't, and we had to leave town with a broken door. I also had to deal with this on our first day back home. Thw lady was supposed to call me the day before the reschedule to let me know if the door was ready, and she didn't, and the guy I talked to when I callled couldn't tell me if it was! The technician also initially still had the track on a steep angle when the first guy explicitly told me that the angle was the main issue. And he argued with me about it until he realized it was impacting the door being able to open. They also told me the opener wasn't working and when I asked why they didn't install it, they said it wasn't on the order! Then he leveled it out! Then I asked if he could switch openers (I have 3 doors and the 2 other openers still work) and he said yeah, but he wouldn't do it for me. He also said he would put a lock on the new door, but left without doing it. When I called them a few days later, they weren't willing to make it right. They wanted to charge me an additional $400 to come back out and do what the technician offered to do! I'm still not a happy customer. Sorry. If you're gonna charge me another arm and a leg to make it right, I'll take my business elsewhere. They came highly recommended to me. They price gouge customers and have poor customer service! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
