My sensors have never worked right which means I can not make use of the app and it's features. I am literally suing them because after I told them about the issues, without even looking at photos or asking a single question, told me I am out of luck. These people suck and you should call Precision out of Akron, they do a much better job. UPDATE: A manager came out to look at everything. While he was on site he was personally expressing that he realizes Action messed up but his hands were tied. So he called the owner Dino, and Dino denied all liability. I am now suing action door because they don't do the right thing. Beware.

As an out-of-state landlord with properties in Akron, Ohio, I had no idea who to call, especially on a holiday. I reached out to 3 of the top 5-star vendors on Yelp and was literally on hold with one company while they "checked their database" for pricing in order to give me an estimate. That's when Mr. Keith King texted me back and said he could take care of it. Keith went straight over, despite having a nail in his tire, repaired the cable quickly, and charged a very fair price. No service fee just to give an estimate (which others were trying to charge), no holiday price gouging, and no hassle. He emailed me an invoice with a payment link, and that was it , easy and professional. Honest, reliable, and genuinely helpful. I couldn't ask for better service, especially during the holidays. Highly recommend.
