Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. I spent over $2,500 on a rack and pinion replacement, oil pan repair, and rear shocks, yet the second rack and pinion is also leaking. The original part has been discontinued by the dealer, so only remanufactured units are available, which can be hit or miss. I appreciated the effort to get it done correctly, but when I mentioned the continued leak to Jesse, his response was that it was better than the first one. The alignment is off, and the lever to adjust my steering column was broken during service. If you use this shop, I would recommend doing your own alignment to avoid damage. The original oil pan repair addressed some seepage, but not the main leak, and now I am being quoted an additional $1,200 to fix the upper oil pan gasket. I feel this should have been properly diagnosed before charging so much. Jesse said the work would take 2 to 3 days, so I dropped off the truck on Wednesday with the expectation it would be ready Friday, but I did not pick it up until Sunday night. This caused a major inconvenience, and the truck is still not working correctly. He offered to fix the issues if I bring it back, but wants me to pay more for a leak that was already in progress. I received a quote from another shop that was $500 cheaper. Jesse mentioned he would reimburse me and reinstall my old oil pan, but I just want the truck repaired correctly so it does not leak and works properly. While the team worked hard and I appreciate their effort, the truck was not ready on the promised timeline, and the repairs have not fully resolved the issues. I rely on my truck for work and need it to function properly. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Wanted to provide some context before I get into my review of TN3 Automotive. My vehicle had been…read morehaving intermittent starting issues for about 4 months, and last week, my car up & died while I was driving, thankfully after 20 or so minutes it started & I was able to drive home. I took it to a mechanic (No Name) here in CH and they billed me $210.00 and couldn't locate the issue, so I brought it home. Well, this past Saturday my car wouldn't start, so I was told by a very good friend that I take it to TN3 Automotive, which I did (Had my car towed) on Tuesday. I'd previously contacted the owner, Tom, informing him my car was being towed to his shop, and so he took basic information regarding what types of issues I'd been experiencing, which I provided. I met Tom the following day, and he was genial, kind, listened intently, and just a solid individual through & through. He exudes honesty & integrity, and assured me he'd locate the issue, and he did just that. The thoroughness of his Teams assessment of my vehicle, every part captured by clear photos that included a specific narrative of my car parts issue, and whether it was deemed an emergency fix, or just watch & keep an eye on it was noted, & reassuring. Not once did he advise that I needed this or that done to my vehicle, but clearly enunciated in line of priority things I should take care of. Ended up being a PGMFI Main Start Relay why my car wouldn't start. Out the door for $340.00. Car is running excellent!! I have very high expectations of service providers, and he exemplifies the highest of integrity & standards!! I queried YELP for brake repair services to replace my front brakes on my Chevy truck. I got 4 replies back from repair shops. The range was $300-$800. I looked at each estimate, called 3 and settled on Rick's shop "Keys of Hope Motors". His estimate was the lowest, so I did my research first. He had a 5 star rating, which peaked my interest. When I called, he answered the phone quickly, was very clear concise and I was quite impressed with his demeanor, yes-sir, no-sir. I had inquired about the need for the rotors to be turned, he stated "we turn them if they are with-in specs. This truck was a 2023 and it was its first brake job, so it shouldn't need new rotors. 2 of the other businesses that responded stated, we put on new rotors and don't turn old ones, which increased the price. He explained that his business model is to be fair, while helping people. After talking with him I was convinced to give him a shot. He stated that he had appointments the following day. I made an appointment and since it was pretty far from my house, I asked him if there were any restaurants near, so I could do something while I was waiting. He told me that a restaurant was near-by at the airport and he would give me a ride there while the work was being done. (WHO DOES THAT??). Needless the say, I showed up early and planned to wait until after their lunch, when I parked, Rick was outside and asked, "are you here for the brake-job". I stated I was early and planned to wait. He said, "I can get you checked in and give you a ride to the restaurant". He checked me in quickly, gave me the same price that he stated on the Yelp estimate, and took us to the restaurant. After about 2 hours, he called to let me know he was done and was on his way to pick us up. He was able to turn the rotors and explained that they had a lot of life left on them. He said the back brakes still have about 6,000 miles left on them and would be happy to change those when they are ready. My bill was exactly what he stated, which was way cheaper than any other place. While talking with him, he said his business model was to help mothers in need by lowering his shop charges, to assist with getting them a good running vehicle, as well as donating some vehicles. Although, I didn't fit that model, his shop charges were still well below any other estimate I got, and way below a dealership. I'm totally impressed with this shop and with Rick. He shares his passion for helping others and now I know why the shop is called Keys of Hope. Nice Job Rick
