The most amazing & fairly priced auto shop! We had the…read moresituation last night driving from LA to FL - our car broke down in the middle of the highway (alternator). Luckily enough Donovan's appeared to be pretty close so we ordered a tow truck meanwhile called the shop. Mr. Donovan himself waited patiently for our car and put it to charge overnight, so as soon as we checked out from the hotel we had our car ready to hit the road! Forgot to mention, all the employees are the nicest and kindest people.

He loafs around and takes forever to get anything done and could care less about what your schedule is. He almost never answers his phone and when he does he was full of excuses and kept giving us a perpetual runaround. This was also the case with several other people who I talked to who had dealt with this guy. It sure must be nice to sit on your derrier all day long and draw a 6 figure salary...and get nothing done what so ever! Engineer or not I wouldn't so much as have this clown engineer me a dog house. There are several other engineers in Mobile, don't use Williams or you'll be sorry. Enough said!
