I had to pay for all this to be adjusted and was a pretty penny I had to pay. They're in a small vehicle and don't have the right equipment to handle such a job and to put things back as they were. They came that morning about 9:30 and didn't leave until that afternoon about 8:30. Worked in the dark for about 3 hours. This company is good for simple jobs but not important things like adequately performing difficult services.

Never do business with these con artist.they had me coming back to back after a transmission job…read morethey half did.they left bolts loose on my engine and trasmission and it wasn't put back in right.another mechanic told me that if i hit one hard bump or pothole that my engine and transmission would have literally feel out,smh.they never want to work on your car in front of you always when your gone and even then they don't be working they just stand around looking under your car or sitting.i was passing by watching them literally do nothing but I would call and he would say oh I'm running test,or I'm under your car now.just lying I would be looking right at them and half the time he always gone running off somewhere.i had to go back multiple times it literally made me sick.i was tired of seeing them every other day only for everybody to be looking crazy like they didn't know what was going on.one minute he might fix something then the next he act dumb like he don't know how to use a diagnostic computer or tools.they also be drinking on the job.worst mechanic on dip stay far away.also they barely answer the phone or call you back to keep you updated on your car,they just leave you wondering.and afterwards they never reset my computer which caused it to shut off on me!also the last time he so called fixed a problem my computer wasn't reset again and my power locks aren't working.i just took my car home with me and will let someone good fix the computer but if your a mechanic you should know this stuff point blank period!!!they make it look like they get a lot of business but the cars on the lot or broken down and just sitting there(probably screwed them over too).It's sad and pathetic what a person will do the keep getting money and keep their buisness going at the expense of others.

Your best bet would be to take your vehicle somewhere else where the work will be done properly and your items won't go missing from your car...

Back in April of this year I took my wife's car to Christian brothers. I had the coils and spark…read moreplugs were placed with parts I had purchased from Ford. I understood that they would not warranty the parts themselves, but I did expect them to be installed properly. My wife's car had 103,000 miles on it at this point and within a month of Christian brothers replacing all the coils in spark plugs one of the coils burned out. I had a reputable mechanic replace it thinking it was just an oddity. Within a few more weeks 2 more coils were dying. My wife thought it might be transmission problems and took it to a reputable transmission shop they ran the OBD2 and it showed that the coils in a couple of cylinders were going bad. Within 10 minutes of that diagnosis my wife had the car to Christian brothers. at this point there ws 107,000mi on the car. She showed them OBD2 the report and they basically thumbed their noses at it and said they had to run their own even though it's the same report. This cost I believe around $160, for the exact same test. They were rather curt about it to her, at this point she was exasperated and took it back to the other reputable mechanic who looked at the report and said, yes I see. I had him just go ahead and replace all the plugs and coils again. When I went to Christian brothers to discuss this matter with them they said because I provided the parts they have no warranty even though on the Christian brothers invoice it clearly says "Christian brothers automotive guarantees proper installation of guest supply parts that are designed manufactured and suitable for the guests vehicle in its current condition." I provided the parts Ford sold me and CB agreed that they were the right parts. They (CB) failed to gap the plugs. My wife's car requires a 0.031 gap and CB left the gap at 0.060 and said not gapping is "industry standard". While that is a standard excuse maybe, the mechanic should have been astute enough to check to make sure that he was properly installing them. The over gap caused the coils to work twice as hard or more than they would have if properly gapped the new plugs, thus burning the plugs and damaging the new coils. Gapping is basic engine maintenance practice. When I used to do my own maintenance, way back when, that was the first thing I did...gap the plug properly. Christian brothers does not want to honor this warranty. I am only happy that their mistake did not destroy my wife's car engine. If CB as a company really stands by their own warranties, they should refund their charges and the cost of having them all replaced again because of their improper installation.

I really enjoyed the updated text from the technician every step of the way. My radiator needs replacing and CBA has an amazing turn around time. The shop is state of the art, the waiting area is peaceful and homely. You're clearly more than just money to Christian Brothers. Mathew Brown is a wonderful family man, with a kind heart and pure motives. You won't be taken advantage of when your vehicle knowledge is limited either. I can't say enough good things about a process we all see as stressful! CBA is the ' Chick Filet' of automotive repairs!

R & R was able to diagnose, order parts, and install everything to get our AC working again and for a very fair price. If I'm in the Mobile area and have a vehicle issue R & R will be my first call.
