The incompetence of everyone there is beyond ALL comprehension. They don't know LEFT from RIGHT or driver's side and passengers side. Even the "manager" woman promised to fix the correct tire for free no matter what. When back again just to find out they checked the wrong tire AGAIN. Ended up taking it to a different shop and they fixed the leak. VERY HIGHLY recommend finding a different shop. Better service and quality than here. Ended up being a simple valve core. Also called after we got it fixed and the manager didn't care so we told her we would write a review and she said she didn't care. Quality service is not to be found there.

I just called about a tire and was quoted a price so I drove up there only to be told it was going to be over $50 more that what I was told. No one there seems to know what they are doing or care. Never will I go there again and will tell everyone that I know about it.

Now what do you think that would have cost at a dealer to repair???? Paul doesn't charge you for a fancy waiting room or loaner cars so he doesn't have to jack up prices. I left with a car now in safe operating condition and within my budget. $362.00 for all of it and friendly conversation as Paul is a race car enthusiast who races up in Loxley. Hope this helps others on a budget and no 3 day wait like the dealerships.

This was all a lie, they were just trying to get money out of me. They also told me my alignment was off. I had just gotten my car serviced less than a month ago at Mazda and everything was fine. I then took my car to Mavis Tire and they were able to patch up the hole no problem. DO NOT COME HERE. Go to Mavis Tire much better service over there and they aren't trying to steal money from you.

I then took it to precision tune where I was in form that there were lines hanging some things were disconnected and all was leaking. I had to pay for all this to be adjusted and was a pretty penny I had to pay. They're in a small vehicle and don't have the right equipment to handle such a job and to put things back as they were. They came that morning about 9:30 and didn't leave until that afternoon about 8:30. Worked in the dark for about 3 hours. This company is good for simple jobs but not important things like adequately performing difficult services.
