Manager had ordered a oil filter while I was there. I was charged $17 for a filter. There was only one mechanic. The waiting room and bathroom were filthy. The whole experience lead me to believe the business is suffering (limited employees and supplies, unclean surroundings, manager's conversations, high priced service) Even with recent price increases, the price was too high. My husband called Toyota and the cost would have been much less. We have had good experiences at Pep Boys on Montlimar. We'll return there or take it to a Toyota dealership next time.
