Took car in for air in tires. Tech suggested tire be replaced, I agreed. Upon completion of replacement tire they looked for other things under the hood. The tech neglected to lock the hood when he put it down. As I was driving on the highway home, the hood flew up, smahed my entire windshield, the hood ornament smashed my moonroof & the hood has a crease across it. Firestone won't repair my vehicle back to where it was when I brought it into them. They only want to pay a couple thousand dollars because the car is old. It was in perfect condition & has less than 100K miles on it. read more

Came in to get my tire patched and was told it will be 30 minutes and took over 3 hours. I wouldn't recommend coming here for anything serious because another guy had something wrong with his brakes and he was there for over 4 hours and they didn't even fit it because they didn't have the part. If you want to waste your day come here! It would have been nice if they didn't charge a labor fee when all they did was patch a tire and I had to pay a labor fee and a patch fee for that after sitting for over 3 hours. read more

Had a lot of road noise coming from the front of my Dodge Ram 2500 pickup. They said it was almost certainly the tires, which were worn unevenly. They replaced them and the ride was quiet again. read more

Car was getting no heat. Brought it in on on 1/16/2023 to be fixed. They claimed They fixed it. Paid nearly $900. Heat was good for a week. Back to no heat. Guess I'm out of $900. read more

Wish I had read the previous reviews before coming here. Came in to repair one tire due to a midline puncture. Was informed that all four tires tread were low and they recommended replacement. Since these tires had about 45k miles on them, I figured it was time. Original size tires were not in stock but slightly larger tires were "in-stock", according to the computer. Flash forward two hours and the representative at the counter says, "Oops, those tires aren't in stock but we can get them". I would have drove off right then but car was on the rack and all the old tires had been removed from the wheels. No estimate of time given, as they still had to get the tires, mount them, and then perform the alignment (which they tried to charge me for despite having a lifetime alignment warranty). Showed my original receipt but ended up having to call another Firestone to verify. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Complete waste of time and money. read more

Do you like going to the circus? If so, no need to buy tickets, just come to this Firestone location! First the good: free wifi, and the front desk lady was pretty nice through this whole ordeal. Now the bad: my two rear tires were damaged so I came in to get them replaced and have my alignment checked. I came to this location because I called ahead and this was the only location that had the tires I wanted in stock. I arrived. They took the old tires off my car and off the rims. Oops, the tires I want are in stock in their computer, but they aren't actually here. So then reluctantly I agreed to some other comparable tires. But wait, there's more! They didn't have the comparable tires in stock either, and had to bring them in from another location. They said it would be 30 min but it took an hour. Then I needed my alignment checked, but since my car was on the wrong rack with no rear tires they couldn't do that until they put the new tires on and they could move my car. This location was out of my way and I came here especially to get some particular tires. What should have taken 1-2 hours took 4 hours. I've been to other firestone locations and have received good service but this location is junk. Avoid coming here. read more

Well I went here to have my new rims and tires put on my car and fire stone told me that one of my studs on my hub were broken and a lug nut was missing after they already put one of my rims on well I knew for a fact that the stud was there perfectly fine and the lug nut was there well I was like whatever okay so they put the new rims and tires on well I went Home and looked in the bag with the old lug nuts and noticed that all 20 lug nuts were there and none were missing well I called fire stone and told them that I was just up there and that they did break my stud because all the lug nuts were there they tried to tell me that it was already broken and one of the lug nuts were gone I said no it was not broken and the lug nut is in the bag the guy told me "well bring the car up here and don't be doing business with us anymore " and hung the phone up So as I was driving back to fire stone I noticed my car was shaking really bad pulled over immediately and noticed my front rims were really loose so I had to hand tight them back on and when I got back to fire stone they told me the front rims were not loose they were tight well as I was watching the so called mechanic pull my rotor and caliper off he let my caliper fall off my car and hit the ground along with my brake pads from atleast a 5 ft drop so they finnaly replaced it and I got my car back on the road and it drove perfectly fine. So to anyone that reads this review I would recommend not going to this firestone at all they treat your car terrible they throw your parts around and they obviously don't want your business because there rude and tell people not to come back so yea don't go to this fire stone don't waist your money on them for them to lie to you and try to screw you over it's not worth it I also paid to have 2 of my valve stems replaced and they never replaced them but still charged me and now 2 of my tires are flat do not ever come to this place they take your money and lie to you and the people that work there are really rude read more

I wish I had read the reviews before sending my mom to get a oil change. The customer service is here is very rude and will not help you. In Stead of trying to fix my problem the manager response was I don't set the prices firestone does. I will not go back or recommend them. read more

I do not recommend going here for AC service. I usually take my car out to Toyota, but it was 90 degrees out, and this place was right around the corner. They recharged my AC and told me that I had a small leak that they could not find and to bring the car back in the following week so that they could look for the dye that they had put in. About 5 days later the AC was blowing hot, so I took it back. They still could not find the leak. They recharged it again (free of charge). Nobody ever called to tell me it was ready to be picked up. When I called the store, the guy told me that they couldn't find the leak so they put more dye in and if I wanted a second opinion that I could take it to another Firestone, but that was the best his guys could do. He had a bit of an attitude. When I went to pick up my car, a (very nice) employee was helping another customer. He walked out to the parking lot with her. In the meantime, another customer in the parking lot began arguing with him. After waiting for about twenty minutes with no other employees offering to come in and assist customers, and with the employee still dealing with the livid customer, my husband and I left without the car. So I picked my car up later that evening and took it back in the following week, as they had instructed me to do. The AC was still working at that time, and I told them that I was only bringing it back because they had told me that they wanted to look for the dye again within a week. The tech still called me while he was looking for the leak to see why I had even brought it back in. You would think that they would keep this information in a file. They still didn't find anything. They only charged me $10 that time, but it took them about 10 minutes to find my keys. I will say that most of the employees I encountered here were very nice, but I just cannot recommend this Firestone. I will stick with Toyota, as I have never had any issues with them. read more

I bought my set of tires from them and i haven't had any problems with them. I live in the country and make many trips to the doctor and need dependable tires on my car. They put them on while you wait in their waiting room. The service is great. I have found the work to be excellent. read more

Came in for a simple oil change and it's literally taking 3 hrs. We're the only customers there and I understand they have other cars to work on but damn. I was told half an hour so I left my daughters diaper bag in the car and so 3 hrs pass by, now she needs milk and a diaper change and I have a fussy baby on my hands but they stay "almost done" would not recommend. read more

The last two times I've taken my car in for an oil change, it has taken much longer than the time frame I was originally told. I was also informed I would have a ride back to work today, and I had to wait more than 35 minutes for this. I understand things get hectic, but if this is the case, please do not estimate a time that is hours earlier than when you will actually get your car back. Also, I felt the guy on the phone got a slight attitude with me when I wouldn't get a new battery. Then the same guy called me back after having my car for almost 4 hours saying they need to do an alignment, and I told him no thanks because I am just ready to get my car back. I doubt I will go back to this location for any future services as I truly feel like they care more about making sales than the customer. This town is too small to do that because there are way too many competitors out there who will take better care of their customers. read more
