    Irresponsible and rude! I will never used their service again. Short story: I left my damaged car at Rick's to get fixed one day, and picked it up another day with new damages and receiving rude and nonsense service. Full story is below. I dropped my car there to fixed the not-so-major accident damage on the bumper on Monday. Somebody hit my legally parked car in parking garage from back. The incident was under his insurance (satefarm) and they suggested Rick's in first place. In drop-off day they told me, it will be ready by Thursday, but they didn't call me until I called them on Friday. I showed up at the shop and did the paper work, getting ready to see the outcome of 5 days of Rick's work and service. Well, feel free to look at the attached pictures! The car was damaged from the front very visibly. In the next paragraph I'll explain what was their reaction to this. I walked back to the shop and asked them to come with me and take a look at the car. They claimed the damaged has been there before and I hit the car while driving prior to dropping off without noticing it! Funniest thing, I heard ever. As you can see the damage is very visible, and There is no way to drive this car without noticing it. Basically, what they were saying was I am lying to them! They offered they can attach the hanging hood back up without neither replacing it nor repairing the new damages on body (needs to get pained). When I refused this poor offer and wanted to take this incident to my insurance, one of the staff showed a very rude behavior to this and said "whatever!" Multiple times while she was walking away. Showing no responsibility for what has happened to my car at their shop. They also claimed that they have found that the hood was repaired already. I honestly don't know. But I believe the guy who told me so. However, even so, this doesn't explained the new damages to the car obviously. As you can see in the pictures, the hood was hanging and almost touching the ground, and the damages to hood and front bumper are entirely visible and there was no way I could miss any of those before. The damages clearly were new and have happened at Rick's and under their responsibility. This is by far the most terrible service I received from any business in this country. After I talked to the insurance and made sure whatever happens during the service is the auto shop responsibility, I naively hoped they are willing to show some responsibility and willing to fix the issue, so I called them. They refused to fix the damages that have happened at their shop and take absolutely no responsibility for it. Horrible experience, and horrible way to do business! One of the staff was professional and understanding, he should change his workplace.
