This shop could've just fixed it all, and not put time and effort into it. But that is what they did they ordered the new pieces which took longer than originally planned. They worked diligently with my insurance agency. Keep in mind this is late on a Saturday afternoon and I have to hit the road on Sunday. Long story short, I met with Kyle, nicest guy ever, agrees to help me out and within hours he's got it fixed, and then he goes further by charging much, much less than what I expected it would. Again, late on a Saturday...they could have gone home for the day, but no. So when it came time to fix the passenger door, you better believe I waited until the next time I was in O'Fallon just so Kyle and his guys could take care of it. Now Every day as I walk to my brand-new-looking SUV I am reminded of what a fantastic job Kyle and his crew did at The Body Shop, and I am reminded of how it's possible for someone to be really terrific person and be the very best at what they do, all at the same time. Was made right but I also had to put the correct low beams in the correct headlights myself. They couldn't fit the low beams in the right headlights but they could fit them in the wrong ones just fine, that is once they ordered them... also took them a week to order the correct ones after I said something at pick up about them being wrong. I even provided the exact link for my specific headlights and was told they would be ordered right away, they werent.) The body work and paint done to my car was fine besides the headlight thing. My mom had her car done before mine, we ended up finding chips in the paint and some swirls sadly. Body work done to hers was also fine though. I would give 3stars myself just because I understand everyone makes little mistakes no one is perfect. I also didn't have my car or a rental to get to work from 12am thurs to 9am the next morning though. Just so they could swap the headlights themselves and the bulbs, minus the low beams. They did give me normal bulbs to get home with though, but it shouldn't have taken that long. It only took me maybe 30-40mins to take the headlights out and swap the low beams to the correct ones myself. Like I said before, at my inconvenience so no I cant honestly give more than 2 stars.

Dropped it off before they were open so Enterprise RAC was not open yet so the Son took me to the Enterprise office to pick up my rental. They only needed my Van for a day and a half and I was able to pick my van up on my lunch. They work directly with State Farm (not my insurance, the guy who hit me) to get everything squared away.
