March and April, because we live in Arizona in those months. When I finally raised and tried to lower the top it would not open and close completely. I took it back to Express to see if they could make adjustments. They looked at it and said they could do nothing, it was to old. I took it to Autohaus. They corrected every thing Express screwed up and it cost me $2800.00. It now works just fine. That is a lot of money to spend to correct the screwups Express broke. The car worked fine when it went into Express and it came out a mess, especially after paying them $2300 for a new liner. It was a very bad experience. John Hornsey

I get the to get the tint fixed and the witch behind the counter doesn't agree to past conversations with her coworker about the free tint fix/replacement, and the guy who said he'd do it for free was there and and didn't say anything to the witch about past conversation or agreements. I suggest finding business else where, because they obviously don't care about returning customers and don't care enough to be anywhere good at record keeping.

See those positive reviews? Do NOT believe them. Doc Murcelli cannot be trusted. We hired him to…read morerestore and re-dye a high-end Italian-made leather sofa, chair and ottoman, a one-day job, he assured us, by a craftsman, he promised. After the first day, he left the sofa and chair cushions all in a pile in our family room, scruffed up and taped for dyeing, the ottoman dyed a bright ugly green vs the original blue-ish green he was to rematch - destroying the set completely. It's 21 days since we've heard from him, despite repeated attempts. He not only left without completing the work he started, but also subjected us to one no-show after another plus constant ranting and raving and mumbling about his phone being tapped, his personal woes and more. We were patient with him, we fed him, we gave him space to get his act together, all for nothing except the loss of a leather set of a quality just not found anymore. Perhaps he once was a real craftsman but in 2024, do NOT fall for his promises. Beware too - he operates under different company names, Wentzville Leather Repair, Chesterfield Leather Repair, Auto Upholstery St. Charles, Auto Interior Docs and more.
