We were referred to Hugo by the staff at Green Shag, who recommended text message as the best way to get in touch as it's easier for English/Spanish translation and communication. I text Hugo a photo of the chairs and he sent me a quote and instructions on how much fabric would be needed the same day. Hugo provided the foam, and we dropped off the chairs and fabric on a Tuesday. The chairs were completed by Sunday. They are beautifully done and I felt that the cost was more than fair and a great value. We would definitely enlist Hugo's help again whenever we next have upholstery needs.

I tried a few other places before I found Hugo and either they were unresponsive or their timeline was too long. I searched Google and found a great review for Hugo. I texted him and he promptly texted back. I brought the fabric to him on a Weds and by Monday my pillows were done. To say he is fantastic is an understatement, he is also unfailingly honest. March and April, because we live in Arizona in those months. When I finally raised and tried to lower the top it would not open and close completely. I took it back to Express to see if they could make adjustments. They looked at it and said they could do nothing, it was to old. I took it to Autohaus. They corrected every thing Express screwed up and it cost me $2800.00. It now works just fine. That is a lot of money to spend to correct the screwups Express broke. The car worked fine when it went into Express and it came out a mess, especially after paying them $2300 for a new liner. It was a very bad experience. John Hornsey

The top is still in good…read morecondition and not wanting to spend $$$ on an entire new top just to replace the window I took a chance and ordered a replacement zip in window off of ebay. In theory it should be an easy repair but alas it was not. In order to save my marriage and sanity I decided to give Gravois Auto top a try. They were busy-which is a good sign-I had to wait 10 days for them to take a look. Where other shops turned me away not wanting to try the install the guys at Gravois gave it a go and installed the window in a couple of hours. They did a good job, the price was reasonable and the back window is repaired--all a win. This guys will give your situation a look and help where/when possible.

This place is tremendously unprofessional and unfathomably rude. 1st: I scheduled an appointment to…read moreget my tint fixed for a date in July, they had agreed to the scheduled appointment. the date finally comes around and they said I never scheduled it and it made it seem like it was my fault, terrible book keeping and handling of issue. 2nd: some guy working there had agreed to doing the tint for free due to a warranty, and they could not find records of any of my past vehicles being there or warranty (I've taken 5 cars there to get worked on). I get the to get the tint fixed and the witch behind the counter doesn't agree to past conversations with her coworker about the free tint fix/replacement, and the guy who said he'd do it for free was there and and didn't say anything to the witch about past conversation or agreements. I suggest finding business else where, because they obviously don't care about returning customers and don't care enough to be anywhere good at record keeping.
