This shop could've just fixed it all, and not put time and effort into it. But that is what they did they ordered the new pieces which took longer than originally planned. And one of the adjusters said this is one of his favorite shops to work with because they are knowledgeable, great with communication and do amazing work.

Since regular repair shops won't touch core supports, I had to go with a body shop, and with the recent hail I figured I'd be waiting weeks on end. I don't particularly want to need a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be back at Don's.

I had gotten estimates from a few places and no other body shop treated me the way this one did. The customer service was phenomenal, professional, and prompt which I really appreciated because a lot of the time these types of places are very intimidating for someone who's young and doesn't know a lot about cars. My car looks flawless and I loved how they were able to get me in quickly and complete the job quickly while maintaining extremely high quality work for a fair price. I would highly recommend complete auto body and will be coming back here if I ever have the need to!

I learned that the shop is under new ownership since our last business with them many years ago. The new team has carried on Bell and Osborn's excellent service tradition. Jessica was very pleasant and efficient scheduling our appointment and managing our engagement. She made us feel like old friends, even though we only just met her. Steve was very conscientious about protecting our financial interests. When we first brought our Mercury into Bell and Osborn for repair, Steve was quite certain that it was a total loss. Steve found issues with the car that the initial insurance adjuster's estimate did not cover. Rather than starting to disassemble the car and racking up labor charges that would reduce the dollar amount of our eventual settlement, Steve worked directly with his assigned adjuster to explain the additional damage. The end result was that the insurance company deemed the car as a total loss, and we received the full settlement amount. Thank you, Steve and Jessica! While I hope that we never need your services again, we'll definitely be back if we ever do!
