These people failed, owner got embarrassed that the customer was right about a particular engine not having an upper oil pan, instead of trying to save time by listening to my request to look at the engine on the ground another time, the dude instead goes to Google keywords to find an upper oil pan for that engine, when thats not what i am trying to buy nor does it have one according to the service manual. So that's just ridiculous , show me the engine I came to purchase or schedule a better time with me, it should have been that simple. But instead you had to completely ignore my request 3 times and walk away after I said for the 3rd time that the ebay listing you are showing me is not for the correct engine nor relevant to what we came to possibly purchase if everything checks out. There is no guarantee buy on a engine that mentions damaged oil pan when there are several undamaged ones around that need minimal inspection beforehand. Learn how to handle customer confrontation, instead of trying to be the person on top when you could be wrong in that discussion. THE DOOR SLAM WAS WELL DESERVED FOR THE DISRESPECT YOU HAVE FOR CUSTOMERS!
