At some points it seems like we always have a car there getting something fixed, but they have always been loyal & give us the best deal possible. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff too. I had gotten into an accident and messed up my car pretty good, so I had taken it to a place to get a quote and the guy recommended I scrap the car or I would have to pay a boat load of money to fix it. Luckily, we took it to Pep Boys and they fixed it up for a fraction of the price and I continued to drive that car for years after. I will add some pictures below. Highly recommend this place. I have no idea where all the bad reviews are coming from.

We ordered 4 tires and installment. Paid for everything and sent my 16 year old son over to have them put on. He sat around 3 hours, was told they were done and he left. They never put the new tires on. When we went back to let them know the new tires weren't installed and they had done nothing, they denied it and accused us of trying to steal new tires. One of their mechanics even acknowledged to us that they had not put on the tires and that it was in the system as not received upon. We will never return, we have shared this with everyone we know and will post wherever we can. Ryan, the manager, absolutely knows we did not receive upon our order. He was condescending and rude. Belle Tire was able to fill the order that they wouldn't and at a better price. Will always go to Belle for our 5 vehicles
