The finished bathroom includes beautiful amenities and thoughtful details that went well beyond what we had envisioned. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Communication was excellent throughout the project--they kept us informed every step of the way and were always responsive to our questions and concerns. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and we're thrilled with the final result. We couldn't be happier with our new master bathroom and highly recommend Michael Nash Design & Build to anyone looking for a company that delivers exceptional quality, professionalism, and customer service.

I absolutely do not recommend this company, based on my aunt's experience…read more My aunt hired this company to complete work on her home more than two years ago. She has already paid an incredible amount of money for the work, yet the project has still not been properly completed. What was supposed to be a professional job has turned into an extremely frustrating, expensive, and drawn-out experience. The biggest issue has been the constant delays. More than two years later, the work is still not finished. Despite the significant amount of money that has already been paid, she has been left waiting and repeatedly trying to get the company to actually complete what they were hired and paid to do. The communication has also been extremely disappointing. Getting clear answers, updates, or a firm timeline has been incredibly difficult. Instead of seeing consistent progress, there have been repeated delays and excuses. She has had to continually follow up just to find out when someone would actually come to the house and finish the work. At this point, this is no longer a situation where you can simply say that construction projects sometimes take longer than expected. My aunt trusted this company to do the job properly and paid them a substantial amount of money. Unfortunately, she has been left with unfinished work, long delays, and the frustration of having to repeatedly chase the company for something that should have been completed long ago.

I highly recommend M LLC! Mark is fantastic to work with--he's extremely responsive, gets to work…read morequickly, and charges very reasonable rates. What really sets him apart is his ability to look at a problem, explain what's going on, and give you several options for fixing it. He makes the whole process easy and stress-free. His crew is experienced, trustworthy, tidy, and friendly. Mark is also very hands-on and makes multiple visits to the job site to oversee the work himself. He keeps you updated throughout the project with photos and regular progress reports, which gives you a lot of confidence that everything is being done right. We've had his team handle a variety of projects for us, including fixing a dragging gate, repairing a stiff door lock, addressing a collapsing ceiling, and building a large concrete pad for several condensers. Every project has been handled professionally and efficiently. It's hard to find a contractor who is this responsive, reliable, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. We've been extremely happy with M LLC and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and his crew!

One issue was that our medicine cabinets were supposed to be recessed and it couldn't be done as they didn't allow enough room. Very disappointing... I couldn't ask for more on that front. Pricing is another story. Total to tile two tiny areas (small laundry and foyer) is $4K? And I am providing the tile? This seems really exorbitant. Sorry guys, I am sure your work is great, but going to have to shop around.

This review is long overdue, but I've been meaning to share our wonderful experience with Al, Mike…read moreand their team on the multiple projects they completed for our old, complex house. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)

I never used them. I tried for weeks to get an appointment for someone to come out to our home…read more After, I was supposed to go to their showroom to look at things and discuss design. The designer's first available appointment was three weeks out. Okay, that's fine, I can wait. The day of her appointment--she canceled on me saying she was sick. She never sent anyone to reschedule or even told her company. I checked in after a week to reschedule. She said she was still out. Nothing else. No backup person. After the third week I called the company. They didn't even know about me, my appointment etc. They also said there's no one else to help me. They can forward me to the manager but I basically just need to wait for Sena to come back. Terrible customer service. Unreliable. I chose to take my business elsewhere. If a company is 100% reliant on one designer --and doesn't have a backup to help customers -- I can't imagine if I did do business with them and something happened that needed mediation. Who do you go to? Who is the next person to step in? Basically you just wait...I support smaller businesses. If they called me to explain and kept in communication it would have been better. But when i called they didn't even know about my appointment.

In an attempt to have my house perfect for my parents visit last year we had Will out for a VERY loooong-list of jobs ( power washing/ sealing/ deck and fence repair, toilette repair etc etc etc) I noticed after he left he was kind enough to throw in a pressure wash of our front walkway so that it looked nice and new for my parents visit! Then, earlier this week, we had a horrible plumbing fiasco at our home. Without going into graphic detail, let's just say it was a really crappy situation that required IMMEDIATE attention. Will at House Call Contracting was able to rearrange his schedule to be at our house within two hours, and he coordinated and oversaw the effort to fix the problem over the following three days. In addition to being able to fix anything, Will is responsible, courteous and shows up ON TIME!!! I really can't imagine ever using another plumber/contractor.
