Prior unnecessary cost included: 3+ weeks of fans running, etc. Cleaners did not clean thoroughly & blinds were dirty from construction work & property owner had to re-clean areas. Suggestion: Avoid using Toepfer for repairs. The company did not accept responsibility & the actions are common in reviews. If Toepfer is assigned, please Do not allow contractors work @ your home without the homeowner present.

He was straight shooting and honest, and while the bid was a little higher than others it was pretty factual and transparent. The delivery aspect was good... Andy was the project manager and very personable. I did have some trouble with some of the subs, poor communication but overall very good and any upset I had was well handled. Definitely keen to customer service. They are even working with me to get it done in my time frame as I had a baby on the way... So mostly done and live-in-able. Have a few more items to install and the final punch list but so far it's been worth while. They also do a second round of review to ensure customer satisfaction in 10 months. I purchased the items I wanted in the powder room. (Toilet, wall hangings, panel for the wall, floor tile, vessel bowl and accessories). Mr. Aguilar and an employee mounted and installed everything. He is very prompt when he agrees to the time of arrival. Mr. Aguilar's prices for the work he does are very reasonable. He was recommended to 1relative and 3 friends to do roof repairs. ALL PERSONS WERE EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASED!!! When I saw his truck at a neighbor's house, I wrote his contact information down in case I needed his service. I have not regretted doing that.
