I contacted the owner and asked for an estimate. He arrived at my home and took measurements and told me he was going to give me an estimate within a couple of days. I have not heard back from him. I went to his business store, and it looked like a store front with nothing in it. There is something not right about this business. If the owner doesn't respect a potential client, I would not recommend this business to anyone. I found a great Bath and Remodel company. The woman who answers the phone listed is ridiculous. She said her name is Antonio. She began refusing my project before I even told her the dimensions and what I was looking to do. When I asked her how did she know that it wasn't a project they were capable of doing without me giving more detail, she Paused and reluctantly asked me a few more questions. I start to respond and pause and at this point told her I didn't want to feel as though I am pleading with a company to take my service so it was ok. The conversation didn't get much better, and prior to me saying never mind she was rushing me off the phone insisting she said they were closing soon. I offered to give a call back tomorrow, or perhaps or give me a call and she wasn't Interested in doing this either! I don't know if she's having a bad day, but I was providing very distinct information and I'm always very pleasant when I speak with contractors, yet I did not at all receive the same in return. Based on the reviews I consider just going to the store and speaking with the owner personally to see if he could directly help me with my project, but decided to just move on to a different company. I have a new bathroom. If your looking for a fabulous bathroom remodel contractor, reach out to TLG Tile Inc (local Woodbridge). They remodel my 35 year old hall bath and replaced everything down to the door hinges. They had to remove a tub and move the drain. They also installed a light in the shower, resolved the floor squeaks, repaired nail pops and repaired/replaced drywall water damage. Todd's crew is wonderful - greeted me with smiles every day, put down coverings to protect my carpet and floors, cleaned up after themselves, were on time, did the work within the specified timeframe and delivered a gorgeous bathroom (beyond my expectation). TLG Tile was recommended to us by our local glass company when we were on the fence about putting new glass on our walk in shower or replacing it. Todd came down and took his time answering all our questions about upgrading our shower from a corner fiberglass shower to a larger walk in tile one, as well as upgrading other fixtures in our master bath. We then met his wife at their showroom and picked out the tile and accessories. Finally our scheduled work date arrived and were we in for a surprise (we had some outside deck work done last year that became a nightmare). Everyone associated with this company is professional, polite and spot on with their work. When they finished at the end of the week we were amazed at the difference. OMG this company is a gem! We were told by the owner, Todd, that they would be in to completely gut and redo our kitchen, master bath and all flooring on the top two levels of our home on December 11, 2015 and would be done by the 21 st and they were! Not only were they completely done, they did a fabulous job at a very reasonable cost. The kitchen and master bath both involved removing walls, replacing all cabinets, painting, granite, new everything!! The kitchen flooring involved heated tiles and the rest of the house was done in hardwood. The process of picking everything was painless as TLG has a warehouse/showroom that you go to to select everything! Todd's wife runs the showroom and is marvelous, very helpful suggestions and very patient with first timers! I have recommended TLG often and will continue to as the whole team is the best! read more

TLG Tile is a family-run business and gives great value for the money. It primarily concentrates on kitchen and bath remodeling. We had two bathrooms remolded and a den drywalled and wired for surround sound. We were extremely pleased with their work. Todd, the owner and overall supervisor, was extremely helpful in providing ideas for our project design. He has a great "can do" attitude. Even if an idea involved moving a wall or changing the plumbing, his usual comment was, "we can do that!" Todd always took detailed notes to ensure that any agreed-to changes were included in the schedule and completed on time. Although Todd has several crews, he always saw that each of the craftsmen (carpenters, plumbers, and electricians) arrived on schedule as needed so that the project proceeded on time. He visited the site almost every day to discuss any of our concerns and ensure that the work was up to his stringent standards. And last, but not least, Todd does not skimp and uses quality materials. Although he did not mention it, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that his vanities included dovetailed and soft-close drawers. We were extremely pleased with the work and final result. Without qualification, we would use TLG Tile again. It was a pleasant experience! read more

At the moment I am giving 1 star because I've been waiting since the beginning of May for my estimate. We had a long list of things we wanted to have done in our home. Maybe it was just too many things for them to do! Either way, I would at least appreciate the courtesy of a reply to the phone messages I've left. My co-worker raved about the work they did on her home and how professional the guy was who came to give the estimate. I have had the opposite experience so far. Be wary of this company. read more

Todd and his wife were very helpful in helping us decide colors for both of our bathrooms. They did one 4yrs ago as handicap for my father. We had decided on a seat in the shower which didn't workout. My father felt he couldn't make into shower. It had nothing to do with TLG. The seat broke and we only put are feet on to wash our legs. They came out and removed seat at n/c. Awesome. We had them do second bathroom which father used. Again awesome job. The workmen were great both times. We had a leak recently from first bathroom drain. Plumber came out and gave estimate. Just for hell of it we called Todd to see if he could help. He had someone out for free to fix. It took him sometime to have someone out to fix after calling several times. Remember this was free. Todd could have told me to jump in a lake. They fixed it this morning. This is a great company. All work on our Master bathroom remodeling was overseen by the business's owner, Todd, who prides himself in setting and maintaining a standard of professionalism and perfection, followed by all of his master craftsmen. The project, overall, stayed on schedule, due largely to an outstanding work crew, especially Juan, whose commitment to please the customer was most evident. Working long days, every day consecutively, the crew was pleasant, cleaned up efficiently each day and limited the impact throughout the house. Every worker gave detailed attention to insure a perfect job. I couldn't be more pleased with the final results. Priced fairly, don't waste your time getting a whole lot of estimates. Superb workmanship, installed tile floors in both baths, kitchen and dining room and new bathtub with tile work. Punctual and ensured enough workers were on hand to get all the work done in 3 days. My water valve broke and the plumber went to home depot and changed it out for me at no charge. I would highly recommend. read more
