Our neighborhood has been largely neglected while surrounding streets were cleared hours ago. On our dead-end road in Triangle (PWC), the crew has mostly been sitting in the truck and only making a quick pass every few hours, without actually clearing the snow properly. It feels like they're dragging the job out rather than doing thorough work. They getting pay by the hour perhaps ? The road remains unsafe and poorly maintained long after the storm. Who's ever is hiring these folks from the county needs to do a better job!

We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. I scheduled their visit for 9am but they jumped over my fences around 8am. They proceeded with the tarp and severely damaged my sidings/window frames and hammered large nails all over my deck which seemed to be an experiment because they weren't sure if those nails would work on vinyl siding. The two man were also coming in and out of my kitchen door (connected to deck) inside the house to see if my windows were covered or not WITHOUT knocking/permission. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Pricing - the owner said it'll be a few hundred when HE STOPPED BY in person after evaluating the house but hit us with a bill that was over a thousand dollars. This quote was for urgent service however, he tried billing us much more. Inconsistency occurred throughout the interaction. PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire someone else. I informed that he'll be paid once insurance pays or he can directly claim with insurance, which he agreed however he is now threatening to put a lien on the house. After 6 weeks of waiting, we learned the materials had not yet been ordered, and shipping would take an additional 3 weeks. The owner sold us the project and then disappeared. Two months had passed since we paid to start the work; only 40% of the work had been completed. Save yourself a headache and find a company that cares about quality. It took weeks to get a copy of the contract, which should have been a sign.
