    Time management. In all of my three services I noticed my services were at least 1 hour and 30…read moremins. Scheduling... I can tell there was a scheduling issue! I was doubled-booked for all of my appointments. My recommendation for that is to tell get more people or make sure to not double book. When I went to get my temp crowns on. Your Medical assistant Katie was the worst. Her bedside manner was trash, but whenever the hygienist or Dr cooper were around (she wouldn't say bullshit if she stepped in it) she told me, I had a weird bite (like I'm not already subconscious of my smile) and made me uncomfortable with every interaction. When I was sent to the hygienist for a cleaning, I told the hygienist McKenzie (sweetest person ever) my gums were irritated and felt itchy. So she went to grab Katie to fix my temporary crowns...this girl was rough and I said "OW!"and she said the numbing was wearing off and gave me another numbing shot. I felt that numbness towards the bottom of my left eye. She had an attitude and I felt the grown cement was on top of my gums, she took it out and told Mckenzie it'll stop now with whatever she said right in front of me as her finger is in my mouth. I went home and could not sleep. I was in so much pain I had to come back the next day at 8:00 am because I felt the crown hitting my real tooth. Dr. Cooper said it wasn't even cemented when he was with Marisol fixing her error and I was this close to reporting you to both of the insurances that I used and contacting hippa because I heard my records being discussed by Katie in another room while there was a patient. The outside is pretty, entrance is off of a busy highway. I love the lobby aroma of comfort and the drinking options but the water wasn't filled. What I did appreciate was the girls in the front Shante, Jasmine, the third young lady with the sandy highlights. Dr cooper and Marisol. That's the only reason I left a 5 star review on google. I was even given a gift card, which was a sweet gesture. But please make sure the paperwork matches the balance. It said $10 but then I found out there was only $5 and.... That was the straw that broke my back because I don't know if you all are being petty or if it's really this unorganized. Like I really appreciate the gesture if it was sincere. And now my tooth behind my crown is extremely sensitive. I am furious, on Monday I will be making phone calls. Thank you

    I went to this doctor Jeon for the first time for a routine cleaning and x-rays with no co-pay…read more I was told upfront at dentist office that my insurance would cover and there would be no co-pay and I had also checked with my Dental insurance company as well. Doctor and Dental Hygienist performed some other type of cleaning procedure which I was not told until checkout. (I did not notice anything different). At checkout, I was told that I had a Co-pay (and it was higher than my regular co-pay) for the procedure that had been done. I told her that procedure did not need to be done. (They did not have my previous x-rays or history and the x-rays they took we're good, no cavities, no bleeding, etc.). They would not adjust the charge at check out. No doctor (dentist, medical, eye, etc.) should perform a procedure without first telling the patient and getting patient approval.

    I visited Diamond Dental Group after reading positive reviews here, so I felt the need to be honest…read moreabout my experience so that others are aware. I came in for a routine cleaning and was told I had 4 cavities. Two weeks later, I came back to have them filled by Doctor Kaur. After the anesthesia wore off, I noticed the resin around my fillings were not smoothed. They were jagged and sharp. Weeks after that visit, I still had pain at my fillings while I ate. At this point, I visited another dentist for an examination. I had Diamond Dental send the original X-Rays of my teeth. My new dentist informed me they didn't see any cavities in the original X-Rays taken by Diamond Dental. I was also told the resin from one of my fillings wasn't smoothed over correctly and had sealed to the tooth next to it (I couldn't floss because of this spilled over resin.) My new dentist smoothed out all of my previous fillings, fixed my bite, and totally replaced the one filling that had conjoined with its neighbor tooth. I say all this, because I truly don't want anyone else to have this experience. I wasn't able to get a refund either. With that, I will add that the receptionist was very kind both in person and during our phone calls. This is not to reflect poor service from the staff, but rather negligence from the doctor.

    SHUT UP AND WAIT…read more.... though Dr. West is very nice and takes appropriate time w/patients (appreciated), this time is NOT reflected in how they book appts. After yrs of being in business, he knows the average time he spends for each type of patient appt...so there's NO excuse for overbooking appts, where you have to wait, and wait, and wait.... EVERY time I've had an appt over the yrs, I've had to wait 30min - an hour+ and today was no different. I went for a pre-deep cleaning appt where they needed to take blood pressure/check heart and sign some docs...which takes about 5 minutes. After 25min wait, I finally said something to staff about status and waiting for close to 30min for a 5-min appt was not acceptable. One staff member immediately responded with hostility, saying "well, it's going to be a while...quite a while before he's ready. I can take you back to a room but you're still going to have to wait" REALLY?? I was taken back and he took blood pressure and had me sign docs and left. I waited another 10 minutes and then walked up to front and said I was only going to wait another 5min. That came and gone so I walked out again and stood outside the room where Dr. West was (another 5 min)....so I could catch him as soon as that appt was done. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT He came out and we walked into the room I had been in. I said he needed to address his booking tactics, that waiting for 40 + min for a 5-min appt was way overboard. He responded by stating he spends time w/patients and doesn't rush.....and that's GREAT but I told him this "time" needed to be reflected in his booking tactics so patients don't have to wait and wait and wait. He never apologized, never acknowledged my concern and my lengthy wait. Just completely ignored it. What DID he respond to??? He responded by saying his practice wasn't a good fit for me. That clearly showed he had no intention of addressing my concern and if I had just kept my mouth shut and continued to wait unnecessarily longer, everything would be OK. Sorry Doc, but treating patients like this (dismissing them if they DARE to confront you on continual, beyond lengthy wait times) is unacceptable. HEADS UP FOLKS cuz it was VERY apparent he had no intentions of changing anything....other than refusing service to anyone who confronts him. BAD BUSINESS...... BE AWARE FOLKS.....

Never did I feel rushed , nor were they pushy. They were simply efficient, and coordinated. They were 100% ready to perform the services, the xray, the cleaning, everything. No waiting on my part. As for the service, again, very professional , and cordial. The assistant did majority of the work, and was careful to not inflict too much pain. The doctor came in and reviewed and QA all the work, and then provided a summary of the xray, teeth health, etc etc.

Through the years I have gotten several fillings, cleanings 3 times a year, and great referrals. In 2025, the dental hygienist suggested that I get a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning. I get my teeth clean three times a year for the last 12yrs and have very little plaque. On an X-ray there were circled to small spots that had plaque that they sent to my insurance company that could have easily been taken care of with a regular cleaning. The deep cleaning is more expensive and has over a hundred dollars out-of-pocket cost. I told them I did not want the deep cleaning. After that, the office staff refused to book an appointment for me unless, I got the deep cleaning instead of my usual cleaning. I can afford it, but I don't like dental offices forcing treatment on me because it's more profitable for them.
