I never write reviews but today I had to tell the staff members that I had a bad experience. As I was getting treated by Dr. Meagan she did not show any sympathy for my inflated gums. She had 4 other patients and I get it, it's lunch time. She acted like she wouldn't even give me the time of the day. She told me to still wear my aligners with inflamed gums. I told her that I was not satisfied with my bottom teeth and they have shifted. She just told the tech to scan me and walked away. She didn't give an actual fuck. Also, the tech that was working with me was very sweet. She asked Dr. Meagan 2 questions and Dr. Meagan didn't even answer her. While in front of me, the patient. Then when the tech was trying to explain why I was being seen today, she just interrupted her and moved on to the next thing. I have never in my life seen a provider be so unprofessional. I get it, she's busy and it was lunch time but do your job. You could tell she was only in this field to make money by seeing as many pts as possible in a certain time frame. I do not recommend this provider. However, the staff and the front desk ladies are amazing and sweet. I hope this review helps others not book with Dr. Meagan.

Good thing Invisalign treatment is only for 6-8 months, that will fly by in no time. Today (12/21) was a pre bday gift to myself. It's the small things that makes my day, the gesture was kind and very unexpected. I visited Diamond Dental Group after reading positive reviews here, so I felt the need to be honest…read moreabout my experience so that others are aware. I came in for a routine cleaning and was told I had 4 cavities. Two weeks later, I came back to have them filled by Doctor Kaur. After the anesthesia wore off, I noticed the resin around my fillings were not smoothed. They were jagged and sharp. Weeks after that visit, I still had pain at my fillings while I ate. At this point, I visited another dentist for an examination. I had Diamond Dental send the original X-Rays of my teeth. My new dentist informed me they didn't see any cavities in the original X-Rays taken by Diamond Dental. I was also told the resin from one of my fillings wasn't smoothed over correctly and had sealed to the tooth next to it (I couldn't floss because of this spilled over resin.) My new dentist smoothed out all of my previous fillings, fixed my bite, and totally replaced the one filling that had conjoined with its neighbor tooth. I say all this, because I truly don't want anyone else to have this experience. I wasn't able to get a refund either. With that, I will add that the receptionist was very kind both in person and during our phone calls. This is not to reflect poor service from the staff, but rather negligence from the doctor.
