An Outstanding Orthodontist You Can Trust - Dr. Wright and Team! As someone who has worked in the dental field for over 30 years, I've seen a lot--and I can confidently say that Dr. Wright is one of the best in the business. When I managed dental practices, he was always my go-to referral for orthodontic care. I've trusted him with countless patients over the years, and every experience has been exceptional. On a personal note, my own daughter received braces from Dr. Wright years ago, and the results were absolutely amazing. His work transformed her smile--and our entire experience with his office was warm, professional, and caring from start to finish. Most recently, I referred a friend who had the same incredible experience and couldn't stop raving about how excited they are to be under Dr. Wright's care. It's such a wonderful feeling to refer someone and know they'll be treated with top-notch clinical excellence and genuine compassion. Dr. Wright and his wife go above and beyond. They are kind, personable, and always make you feel like family. Even though I haven't seen them in years, I know I can still reach out--and they'll be there. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wright and his team for orthodontic care. You'll not only be thrilled with the results--you'll enjoy every visit. Five stars isn't enough! read more

i wouldnt recommend anyone to visit Dr. Wright honestly. 5 years of having braces and my teeth are still not straight. I went to another orthodontist and they were able to get my teeth straight. Once I fully paid Dr. Wright he didn't care how my teeth were. The worst experience ever and I would recommend anyone to him read more

Dr. Wright is the best! I had an underbite, gaps between my teeth and cross bite. I had been told several times that I would need surgery to correct the underbite. They said I would have to have my face cut and jaw reset. Dr. Wright came up with an Invisalign treatment plan using rubber bands! Below are my results after about 18 months! These pics were taken months ago, my teeth look even better today! The office uses the best tech, great customer service, and at an affordable price! They have a separate room with a TV if you have small children or a child/relative with special needs! Wright Orthodontics is the best! See him! read more

Great customer service. Dr. Wright explained everything thoroughly and provided explanations for everything suggested. All of the staff was really nice. Offers coffee and water. The on and off wait was a little longer than I'd like but the service definitely made up for it. I came in for a second opinion and will be allowing Wright Orthodontics to do my braces instead of my original place. read more

Dr. Wright and his staff's service is unmatched. They're friendly and make the place feel like home. The best part is the quality of work that the clients get. I've recommended this place to four friends and they all agree. It's worth the cost, which never fluctuates, even after payment has been rendered in full. Lost or broken retainer? No problem! Another is created for free. There's no better place in the metro Atlanta area. read more

Dr. Wright and his staff are consistent with stellar customer service, technology and professionalism. I receive emails the week before each appointment and texts the morning of. My appointments always begin on time and are brief, yet thorough. The wires of traditional braces are removed at EVERY appointment so clients can floss and brush without obstruction. That's an added bonus for me as I've never had a cavity and want to maintain that standard. There are also a few options for retainers. And, I feel extremely comfortable receiving treatment during the pandemic. I was certain that CDC safety regulations would be followed due to their high regard for cleanliness and the standards practiced before the pandemic. Sure, there are many options in Atlanta for Ortho treatments. However, I'm thrilled that I chose Wright Orthodontics to perfect my smile! read more

I had my consultation on 3/29 and everyone at the office was very pleasant and helpful. I've been wanting braces for the past 5 years and I decided to go ahead and give it a shot. Before leaving my consultation, I scheduled my appointment to have my braces put on, which was 4/9/16. I decided to go with clear braces (ceramic) because I really liked how you aren't able to see them from afar, and with my career I needed something more subtle. Dr. Wright was very personable. Not only was he knowledge but he also cared to know what my concerns were and what was it that I really wanted. I got my braces put on at the N Druid Hills location. His office is very well kept and clean. Both times I went (consultation and for braces) it was always busy but I never had to wait for more than 5-10 mins at the max if that. Always in and out! I highly recommend Dr. Wright and his staff! read more

Wright Orthodontics - Clear braces! Can't wait to see my new smile in 14-18mths! - Orthodontists Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

I have been meaning to do a review of this place forever. I got SureSmile braces as an adult with this group and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Wright + his wife/other employees are so wonderful to be around and they genuinely make the effort to try to make your experience as easy as possible. Braces can be a daunting and sometimes painful experience and they were nothing but warm and professional. My teeth were crooked in the front with a major overbite and they got my issues fixed in about 16 months..... If you are an adult looking to get braces BOOK your free consultation with them ASAP. You will not be talked down to, you will not feel uncomfortable, they explain things clearly, charge reasonably, and you will be amongst a mixed group of people all looking for a great smile. They should be your top option in this city.... read more

I recently had the absolute worst experience! I was treated unfairly and discriminated on by the staff and the Dental Assistant Rachel who was also very rude. I came on time for my appointment wearing a mask considering germs. Rachel approached me and asked "What do you have because I'm not trying to catch anything I have to protect myself". She then walked away. Dell advised I would need to reschedule. I was furious considering I drove all the way to my appointment and I'm not contagious or unhealthy. I spoke with Dell who attempted to apologize for Rachel approach and continue my appointment, however it was to late. I already feel like she was discriminating. They've showed I'm not valued as a client, and Rachel was unbearably disrespectful and unprofessional! I don't wish to continue with future appointments with them if at all possible. I will ensure to share this with the BBB as well. Worst experience thus far! read more

I was referred by a friend who is currently a customer. There was so many people in the waiting area. I went in to discuss braces (I've had braces before but lost my top retainer and my two front teeth shifted), I was told that it was possible to close my gap with a retainer only. So of course hearing this news I was ecstatic. I paid my deposit and made an appt for the following week to come in and have my impressions done. OMG....this was THE worst experience ever. The tech had gook all over my face and clothes. She took three impressions because she couldn't get the first two right. I was set to pick them up two weeks later. The day BEFORE I was scheduled to pick them up, I got a phone stating the manufacturer couldn't make them and that I would need to come in for another impression. LIES!!!! I declined and a refund was issued. I would NOT recommend this place at all. read more

Took my daughter for orthodontic work. I like that they are open on Saturdays ! That was a big plus! They are located in the corner of the Toco hills shopping center. The staff and the doctor is very polite and friendly. He did a good job explaining to my daughter what was going on. Also we were unsure of going with invisoline or mental braces but they explained the benefits vs problems with each kind. It really helped us to make a decision. read more

I would strongly suggest that you look for another place to have your orthodontic care completed. I had an appointment yesterday October 14th, 2015 at 12:30pm. I was stuck in a staff meeting, so I was unable to leave my office until 12:15. I called the office to ask them if I should come in or if I needed to reschedule. The receptionist asked me what I was coming in for. I informed her that I had lost my retainer and needed to have another one made. She told me "oh girl dont worry. Youre fine. Just come in as soon as possible.". I made it to the office at 12:47. When I came in the Dentist was standing at the receptionist desk. They both greeted me. I handed her my paperwork and took a seat. 2 minutes later she came and asked me if I could come back at 2. I told her absolutely not as I had to be back at work within the hour. She said ok and asked me to have a set. 2 minutes later she calls me back to the desk and told me I would not be able to see the doctor and I would have to wait an hour to see him at 2pm. I was livid as I had called in prior to make the trek from my job to see the orthodontist. I had no choice so I waited in my car. When I went back in I was seen almost immediately. I had photos taken then was sent to a waiting room to wait for the dentist. He came in for all of 5 seconds and asked me what I was there for. He said ok then left. One of his assistance came in and sat down to tell me about the options. He told me it would be $375 per retainer for a whoppping total of $750. If this wasnt so bad he suggested I get a temporary retainer that would be an additional $300. I immediately got up and left. I will look for another place that can do my retainer for a bit cheaper or at least has better customer service. read more
