I had no clue, but Dr. Nguyen is so thorough, he immediately saw the incomplete filling. He replaced the old with a new, porcelain filling within a few days. Barely felt a thing! I've been pleased with Dr. Ngyen and his staff's gentle dental service since 2002. I highly recommend them!

I received no call from them informing me I should or could reschedule my mom's appt due to the broken machine. I was actually told during the visit by Dr. Hong, I could reschedule my appt the following week when the new machine arrived. That way everything could be done all in one visit. I asked if my mom's dentures could be shipped so I wouldn't have to take an additional day off work but nope, they don't ship dentures. So now I have to take an additional day off work the following week just to pick my mom's dentures up. The affordability and the fact the staff were really nice are the only things that saved me from giving this place a 1 star review.

Dr. Gilleland and Dr Gupta told me I didn't need all of the expensive dental work the other 2 dental group tried to get me for and they fixed my issues for a lot less with great results. Dr. Gilleland even totally re-did my crown because he did not like the way it was sitting, he didn't just try to drill and fix it. I really appreciate him going the extra mile. I had never had my teeth pulled before so I had no idea how horrid of a choice that was on his part. So he was only able to pull one of the teeth and then he got to the second bottom right wisdom tooth and couldn't pull it out normally at which point HE SHOULD HAVE ENDED THE PROCEDURE, but instead he decided to start cutting into my bottom right wisdom tooth while I'm still totally 100% awake and he is using nothing but local anesthesia, long story short it took him 3.5 hours to extract 2 wisdom teeth total! It took me multiple weeks and a ton of pain and PTSD related symptoms from being put through such a horrendous experience. The so called 'medical assistants' that he has working for him could not or would not pay attention and do their jobs well enough to keep all the blood from running down my throat and onto the front of my shirt, my husband was HORRIFIED when he saw the state I was in after they were done hacking at my mouth for 3.5 hours regardless of how many times I begged them to please stop yet he refused to do so. I am writing this review so that potential patients know the risk they will be taking if they choose to use this dental practice in any capacity. I can only speak to my personally terrifying experience and God only knows I WISH I were making this up bc it really should never have happened to me and I hope it never happens to anyone else. He does everything from deep cleaning to braces. I was in and out within 1.5 hours. I was all set and they even polished my teeth. I was doubled-booked for all of my appointments. My recommendation for that is to tell get more people or make sure to not double book. When I went to get my temp crowns on. Your Medical assistant Katie was the worst. Her bedside manner was trash, but whenever the hygienist or Dr cooper were around (she wouldn't say bullshit if she stepped in it) she told me, I had a weird bite (like I'm not already subconscious of my smile) and made me uncomfortable with every interaction. When I was sent to the hygienist for a cleaning, I told the hygienist McKenzie (sweetest person ever) my gums were irritated and felt itchy. So she went to grab Katie to fix my temporary crowns...this girl was rough and I said "OW!"and she said the numbing was wearing off and gave me another numbing shot. I felt that numbness towards the bottom of my left eye. She had an attitude and I felt the grown cement was on top of my gums, she took it out and told Mckenzie it'll stop now with whatever she said right in front of me as her finger is in my mouth. I went home and could not sleep. I was in so much pain I had to come back the next day at 8:00 am because I felt the crown hitting my real tooth. Dr. Cooper said it wasn't even cemented when he was with Marisol fixing her error and I was this close to reporting you to both of the insurances that I used and contacting hippa because I heard my records being discussed by Katie in another room while there was a patient. The outside is pretty, entrance is off of a busy highway. I love the lobby aroma of comfort and the drinking options but the water wasn't filled. What I did appreciate was the girls in the front Shante, Jasmine, the third young lady with the sandy highlights. Dr cooper and Marisol. That's the only reason I left a 5 star review on google. I was even given a gift card, which was a sweet gesture. But please make sure the paperwork matches the balance. It said $10 but then I found out there was only $5 and.... That was the straw that broke my back because I don't know if you all are being petty or if it's really this unorganized. Like I really appreciate the gesture if it was sincere. She also made recommendations to help me keep my teeth healthy. Afterwards, I spoke with Yolanda who was also very accommodating and assisted me with checking out and making my next scheduled appointment. Overall, Dr. Diane Stephens and her staff are very professional and welcoming. The office is very clean and you can even watch Netflix movies while you're having your dental work completed.
