My first visit to Holden Timeless Beauty was amazing! From the welcoming front desk team to my…read moreappointment with Katie Martin. Katie made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain my facial analysis and the reasoning behind each recommendation before treatment. I had Dysport and filler, and I couldn't be happier with my results! What I loved most was how genuinely excited Katie was for me--it made the experience even more awesome. She's officially my go-to, and I would 100% recommend her. Thank you, HTB, for such a great experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Holden Timeless Med Spa, and Chelsea, RN, is absolutely phenomenal…read more She is professional, personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and her technique is truly spot-on. I would go back to her in a heartbeat. The spa itself is beautiful and clean, and the entire staff is kind and attentive. I'm giving four stars only because I've tried fillers twice and, unfortunately, didn't see the results I had hoped for relative to the cost. I'm not sure if my body simply metabolizes filler quickly, but I didn't feel the results justified the significant price tag. That said, I completely understand how difficult it is for clinicians to find that perfect balance... not doing too little, but also not overdoing it. I truly appreciate that they are trying to achieve a natural result while also making sure clients feel they received value. If I ever decide to try filler again, I would absolutely return to Holden Timeless and see Chelsea. For now, I'm going to save my money and perhaps revisit it down the road.

I have been a customer for years, have had several sessions and have always had a great experience. The nurses are super nice (especially Krysten!!), the clinic is very clean & the results are worth your money. Usually I have nothing bad to say, except I tried to call them through phone to reschedule my appointment in which I spoke with Nicole at this Escondido location who came off very rude, sarcastic and standoffish. I usually have a full body session in which it came to my attention that they are no longer allowed to do this. Usually I do up upper body and then they let the machine cool down for a bit and then do lower. If this is an issue then I don't understand why my last 6 sessions has been scheduled like this. I totally understand Nicole if you can't do this, and I don't want you to get in trouble but the customer service and sarcasm is completely unprofessional and makes me not want to come back as a loyal customer.
