We bought the charger online, and Nick ran the wiring from our panel to the other side of the house and installed the new outlet and charger, for $1,150. It was all installed in the mid-1990s and would be difficult to repair due to obsolescence. It was overwhelming to think about and we just kept putting it off. Thankfully, we crossed paths with Kyle and Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical. He drove all the way over to our home and took the time to give us a candid, detailed assessment of the house's plumbing and recommendations for what should be updated. Kyle's knowledge and passion was re-assuring and convinced us that the time was now to take the plunge, and it was a great decision. The quality of Kyle's work is tremendous and now it feels like we moved into a whole new home. Nothing like turning the faucet on and seeing clear, filtered water come out. On top of that, his pricing is very reasonable along with the monthly financing, which made this a much more manageable investment. The business office was very pleasant to deal with as Cheryl was very professional and accommodating to our needs and preferences as customers. She was on top of everything and very timely in all of her responses to our communications. Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical gets two thumbs up from us. Thanks Kyle and Cheryl!

Kyle suggested…read morereplacing a faucet that was leaking in one of the bathrooms, but not only he did not complete the job, he displaced the vanity top, broke the mirror of the medicine cabinet above the vanity cabinet, and cut the faucet in half in unsuccessful attempt to take it out. Then Kyle changed me $175 to change the water stops as he could not figure out how to turn them to cut the water supply, so I could have water in the rest of the house. He promised to come back and fix everything he broke, but he stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I had to hire a different plumber who got everything fixed what Kyle broke. Hope this review will help you make the right decision and stay away from Kyle Home Improvement (which should be renamed to Kyle Home Destruction )

Mike McBurney is a one-man electrician. He answers his own phone, usually by you leaving a…read morevoicemail that his message says he'll return within 24 hours - and he calls you back within that time frame. I had several tasks to do to update bathroom lighting from the 1950's. Mike was able to come give me an estimate within days of me calling - he came over on his lunch break from another job to see my current situation. He scheduled a visit to do the job on the very tight schedule I had. My project required him to switch out an ancient ceiling light/fan/heat unit and the old circle switch for an updated button-type switch, remove old "eyeball" recessed lights to replace them with newer LEDs, and divide the eyeballs and the vanity lights from one to two switches (the new ones are much brighter, so I wanted an option to turn on one set of lights without the other) and replace an old outlet with a GFI. The work required Mike to look behind my recessed medicine cabinet to find how the current set-up was done. Since I'm replacing the cabinet, he also helped me box up the old one and bring it to the street for my trash collection. Mike noticed that not only did he need to add the switch but to change out the existing mercury one to something more up to code. The work was done neatly, quickly, and at a great price! All during the Phase 1 reopening afre COVID-19, so it was done with Mike wearing a mask and being attentive to social distancing as much as possible given the small footprint of my bathroom and my narrow doorway into the place.
