I had a very upsetting experience with this office. I called to reschedule my appointment. I told her my name, asked what time my appointment was, and apologized. She told me it was at 12, and by the time I called it was around 1:00. When I asked to reschedule, I was told I could try calling back months down the road and they would probably have forgotten about it by then. The tone was snarky and dismissive. I had scheduled this appointment weeks in advance and had already dealt with insurance issues, so I had put real time and effort into getting it set up. I wasn't treating it casually--I was trying to fix something I had already worked to arrange. I called back again and asked if there was any way I could still be seen that day or if there were any cancellations. Instead of any normal response, another staff member got on the phone and started yelling at me to "go find another dentist." I wasn't being rude or argumentative. I was just trying to have a conversation about an appointment I had already scheduled and see if there was any possibility of being worked in. Even if the answer was no, it should have been handled professionally. Being spoken to like that in a medical office was completely unacceptable. If I could give negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, the worst part of the experience wasn't the dentist himself, it was the horrible customer service provided by his receptionist/office manager/angriest lady on the planet. She accused me of lying, accused other patients of lying, told me it was my fault my son's tooth hurts, and said she had been there 46 or 47 years and she runs that office (with an attitude). I can honestly say that I have never experienced anything like that before, words simply can't explain how horrible she was. 100% do not recommend, especially if your child is an adult with special needs and relies on Medicaid for his healthcare expenses like my son does. Shame on the lady, but shame on you, Dr. Schneider, for allowing someone to treat your patients with such a lack of compassion, contemptuous attitude and excess of vitriol. read more

I had my insurance company call this office to see if they can help with a tooth extraction and I was answered by a very disrespectful Office Manager who called herself Debbie. Very racist and rude person to be answering questions to patients. I hope Dr Schneider knowns what kind of rude people he employed to be talking to his patients and breaking his business apart. She told me to go call my insurance company and ask them if Dr Schneider was capable of helping me. I was simply needing a Dentist in my area to help me with a tooth extraction. I spent all day crying and wondering what I did wrong to this woman. Was it because of my ascent? She had hung up on me 3 times before I asked my white partner to call instead. This is the worst doctor's office in Frankfort, and I don't recommend anyone to go there or else you will be told to get out and find another dentist! At my age, I expect these doctor's offices to be respectful and kind at least. Afterall, we give them business. read more

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because the actual dentist is nice. The receptionist is a whole other matter. This office accepts government insurance. Not that it's anyone's business but not all gov insurance is free like people like to believe. So anyway I came into this office for a cleaning and a tooth ache. I have never had a cavity before so I wasn't sure what was going on. The receptionist is hands down the most unprofessional woman ever. She will accost you for having government insurance. The plan pays for you to have 2 cleanings a year. She kept bitching that they never got paid from the program for 2 cleanings a year. But that's not the customer's fault. This woman is so terrible the last time I went in there I left crying. She will question you about whether she thinks you can afford to pay your bill or use your insurance. I have a cavity on one of my front teeth and I've never had one there so I wanted to get an appointment. I called twice a week ago and no one returned my call. Finally I called again today and said I had left 2 voicemails, which is a pretty standard thing for a client to say so that a secretary knows you already called- and she asked me 'why was I questioning her.' I told her I just wanted an appointment and she should be more professional. If you can go to another dentist I would. read more

I was insulted by a woman called "Debby," who did not want to share her last name. This evil, rude woman insulated me at the dental office, calling me a "hopper". I don't think that kind of behavior in an employee or anyone should be allowed. I ring the doorbell back after sitting in my vehicle trying to reflex about this Debby ways and speaking, ring the door back she denied me her last name. She said, " I'm not giving you my name" I expressed laud who can't give their name are garbage. I called by phone before leaving Schonerdrs clinic to speak with someone higher but Debbie answer and refused to transfer me. She said, " Doctor does no want to speak with you". Be aware of the kind of greeting you may get from that Debbie. May The Lord help her with all that disturbing inside her and stop her from being abusive to the patients. I'm still shaking and trying to recover from the behavior of that woman. After recovering my breath, I drove away from that aggression. read more

Made a 8.am appointment for my daughter to get her teeth cleaned and checked. Great location right near home. Unfortunately I needed to cancel appointment the morning of at 5 a.m. You see I have Chrohns Colitis with ileostomy and had a fever. I had been septic six times in the past two years and ended up in the ICU. I received a call at 830a.m from the office staff yelling at me on the phone. I explained I left message she stated that Dr. Schneider just laughed at the message. Who does that? And what office staff takes it upon their self to call and yell at others. read more
