I called this practice to inquire about becoming a patient. I was told that new patients weren't being accepted. I understand that but the receptionist wasn't very friendly. I received the most thorough oral exam in my life! The dentist was nice and professional too. The only surprise was that I had to make a second appointment for the cleaning. The dental hygienist explained that they needed to determine what kind of cleaning I needed based on my oral exam. I don't have insurance, but found the price to be very reasonable. I have found my new dentist, and I am very pleased. I wish to add that the front office staff are exemplary. read more

What a wonderful experience! Everyone in the office was extremely kind and genuine. The entire office has a nice friendly and relaxed atmosphere to put you at ease. The ladies in the front are cheerful and helpful. I am appreciative that Dr. Couch takes a conservative and appropriate approach towards treatment. I felt he educated me on my issues, and gave me options towards treatment; allowing me to decide what I was most comfortable with at this time. The dental hygienist was extremely thorough and attentive. I really liked her cleaning techniques, and I was not left a hot mess afterwards like I have been at some places. LOL. Sorry, but some can get messy with their hands and sprayer, and you are left feeling like you've had a bath. Not here! I felt she was very mindful about her approach, and was neat and tidy. Had a dental emergency when I was on the road and had to find a dentist quickly. Did some research and called Dr. Couch's office and as far as dentist office visits go, it was an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Couch gave me different options for my treatment and explained each option thoroughly. I was comfortable with the treatment chosen and he and his staff were detailed in explaining everything during the procedure. EVERYONE in this office was absolutely phenomenal!!!! From the time you come in, til you're back in the treatment room and at checkout-you are treated kindly, professionally, and like you matter to them. I have been through many unfortunate events that have led me through many dentists all over the world(literally) as we were in the military over 26+ years. I have had military dentists and civilian dentists but I have NEVER been to a dentist who cares and truly wants to do his best to find a way to help. The dental assistants who work with him were so helpful and made me feel at ease and didn't make me feel the humiliation I put on myself. The wonderful ladies in reception also made things so easy and did their best to help me get the appointments I needed both in and outside the clinic and help me with the billing. I am beyond grateful that I found this wonderful group of caring human beings who are truly caregivers. Instead of dreading going to the dentist-I am honestly grateful to be going. Dr. Couch is absolutely, unequivocally, the best dentist I've ever used (and that's saying a lot because a very close personal friend is also a dentist). First, he is completely technically up to date with the best, most modern equipment as well as techniques (he's very skillful). Secondly, he is VERY sensitive to your pain level, always asking through your procedure, often not even waiting for you to say something. Third, he has an amazing staff, friendly and very competent. Fourth, he doesn't hide anything, explaining the procedure ahead of time as well as giving you updates throughout the procedure. Dr. Couch really works hard to make sure you have the best care, following up procedures with texts at home asking if everything is ok. (And by the way.... he's a musician too... he loves talking music!). Go see him... you won't be disappointed. read more
