I came in with a broken filling and they failed to remove all the bad tooth material before replacing the filling which CAUSED ME to need a full root canal and crown after a week of excruciating and unnecessary pain (probably a month after the filling was replaced). And the last thing is how I was treated by the office manager. I have never been treated so terribly by someone in my entire life. When I came in and stood up for myself, refusing to pay anything for them to replace the filling that barely lasted two weeks, this woman practically threatened to not allow them to fix my tooth for free because I was already going to another dentist. AND NOW my new dentist has informed me that the crown placed over my root canal is entirely fitted improperly and needs to be removed and replaced. I am out SO MUCH MONEY and these people did nothing but DAMAGE MY TEETH and TAKE MY MONEY. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and kind. The atmosphere was relaxing and the space I was in was clean. I received a very thorough cleaning, I did not feel like they were rushing me out the door, like I have felt at other places. Even my 8 year old who was with me said, she wanted to go there too! Most night guards, crowns, retainers , etc can be made without the need for traditional impression materials. The saying " a picture is worth a 1000 words" holds true when you see a leaking filling or a fractured tooth on the screen when a special intra-oral camera is used during the exam. We are not sent to another dentist for surgical procedures. After several years, every procedure we have required has been performed in their office. This has resulted in cost reduction and unnecessary duplicated X-rays. We have had teeth extractions, implants, partial reconstruction, fillings, and cleanings twice annually.
