From the front office to the back I was treated with kindness. Dr Diamond was so very kind to me and I wasn't judged over the shape of my teeth . I have dental anxiety and explained it and he made me feel safe there. I needed a wisdom Tooth removed and another tooth and he removed them both for me when no one else would . He kept asking if I was ok and he was gentle and caring . Most of all he didn't rush and he actually cared about my high level of dental anxiety . He didn't make me feel ashamed of my teeth either . Instead he gave me hope and treated me like I'm actually somebody. This was my first visit here and will be my go to dentist from now on. Payment info and plans are made before any work Is done so you know what to expect . The service here was outstanding. While extracting my teeth he made sure I was numb and not feeling any pain. He told jokes and kept me focused on his funny jokes and not the serious dental work and tools haha. Is assistant was kind and caring toward me as well. And also I have Medicaid and I was treated like anyone else with respect and kindness. So please don't listen to the bad reviews and go see them for yourself and you'll see this is an amazing dentist office to visit. They make you feel safe welcomed and cared for . That's rare these days . He didn't want me to leave there in pain and no one else cared. Highly recommend going to diamond Dental if you need a dentist. Safety measures are in place at this office. You must call when you arrive to limit capacity and for COVID-19 screening questions. When the staff is ready for you, you walk inside and get your temperature checked. Everyone is spaced apart and dividers are in place to ensure patients are separated from one another. While there is usually a play room and lots of old and new video games, they have all been removed due to COVID-19. I look forward to their return one day. My son has now been coming here for about two years for twice yearly check-ups! I am impressed with the friendly staff, the facility, and Dr. Steckler himself! The waiting room includes a sea-themed playroom for kids attached to the typical waiting space. The staff is always happy and able to help in any way they can. Dr. Steckler is very friendly and personable (on our last visit, he noticed my son's new light-up shoes and got him excited), completely understands kids, and is very easy-going. I also love that all dental work is done in one open room, so everyone can see everything going on and it cuts back on any unease for kids and parents. After the appointment, kids get to pick a small toy and a toothbrush, which is always fun! My kid always leaves with a smile.

First, it looks like you are going into your own home (or maybe your grandmothers home) because it is a beautiful house located on Walton Avenue in downtown Lexington. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and "at home", which also meant feeling at ease. I have a very low tolerance for pain and I have always been uncomfortable around dentists, but not this one. They even offered nitrous oxide to put me more at ease when they were working in my mouth. I hate going to the dentist. Any dentist. The word "dentist" makes me break out in hives. I can…read morehandle childbirth, broken limbs, and my favorite restaurant being closed on a Monday, but I just can't handle needles in my mouth, or anywhere in my general vicinity. That being said, I recently had a series of appointments with Dr. Fowler, and I highly recommend her. One of those appointments was for an emergency root canal, and I STILL recommend her. There are several things that are important to me when I see a new health care provider, but the number one thing is that they listen to me and take my concerns seriously. They didn't laugh when I said I have dental phobias, and when I pointed out a sensitive tooth, they didn't heartlessly whack it with a metal hammer to make SURE I was telling the truth...they just believed me! I know, I couldn't believe it, either. My cleaning experience with them was the best I have ever had..gentle, thorough, and, because the hygienist took her time, nearly pain-free. Dr. Fowler is extremely approachable, and she treated me like a person, not like her next appointment. Best part about all my visits with Dr. Fowler? The dog! Dr. Fowler has a teeny tiny hypoallergenic dog that jumped into my lap every time I have been in a treatment chair and cuddled with me through the entire ordeal. No amount of nitrous oxide tops fondling a dog for pure anxiety relief :-) I love the casual atmosphere of this office, and I very much appreciate that they have altered their schedule in order to accommodate me when I was in pain. I highly recommend this dentist and her support staff!
