Today I went in for 2 cavities. I'm always nervous about dental work. The workers weren't friendly at all. When I came in no one said hello. I was taken back on time as usual. I tried talking to the person with me and it was like pulling eye teeth so finally I shut up. The thing that took me aback was paying up front.... I didn't understand and it made me feel like I was going to dart out without paying.... wasn't a great feeling. Then the one worker kept calling me dear. My mouth was tired from Being open so long. I needed a break. When it was finally over I left and one worker said goodbye but no one at front desk. No one wants to be at dentist and they should at least say goodbye and thank you! And greet you when you come in. It was if they were all too busy to notice you. I will go back as I think he's very good but staff should be more caring and I say this in a constructive way. I've worked in several dental offices and this was not welcoming. I know the dentists don't want that! It's about human interactions! I felt like a number today

I was OK with that because I had to have it. Then they decided he wouldn't have enough time to do 4 filling so he said it will only be 2 fillings(still at $175). Upon starting the procedure, they couldn't get the vein very well and they kept saying it looks good we got it and he would ask me how I was feeling and I told him the same and they would move it around more. He said I will give you a little more nothing would happen. I cried through the procedure because I was not sedated at all and he even drilled a tooth that was not numb because it would touch where the bottom tooth was that had a filling that was excruciating.I then tried calling him for four weeks to talk to the doctor afterwards they kept saying that he wasn't in. Finally after four weeks he called me back. He could tell I was mad and he said what do you want me to do. I told him he could refund some of my money and he said well I have to see what the dental association has to say about that. Because we obviously couldn't work together and I said no, we cannot. I told him you drilled a tooth that wasn't numb and him he said "I only drilled it a little bit " ?!?!? You hurt me. I paid a $175 for you do drill a tooth that wasn't numb and I only came to you because of dental anxiety and my regular dentist doesn't offer conscious sedation. You did it even after I told you you were doing it. I do not recommend this dentist at all . It was Ward Peipgrass. Find another dentist!! And here's the kicker. The teo teeth he filled were two back bottom molar and I couldn't eat anything on because they were so sensitive for 4 months! I have to either get them pulled or get crowns on them-I got crowns on them. patient be ware!!!

The new front office staff is still navigating some things but they are very understanding when something needs to be corrected and are helpful in doing so. The back staff and dental staff are amazing and always the best with both myself and my son. They always talk to him and make him feel very comfortable, he has sensory and anxiety and still does very well in the chair with them as they make him feel more at ease.

I have never had a worse experience with a dentist in my 31 years of life. I came in with a broken filling and they failed to remove all the bad tooth material before replacing the filling which CAUSED ME to need a full root canal and crown after a week of excruciating and unnecessary pain (probably a month after the filling was replaced). And the last thing is how I was treated by the office manager. I have never been treated so terribly by someone in my entire life. When I came in and stood up for myself, refusing to pay anything for them to replace the filling that barely lasted two weeks, this woman practically threatened to not allow them to fix my tooth for free because I was already going to another dentist. AND NOW my new dentist has informed me that the crown placed over my root canal is entirely fitted improperly and needs to be removed and replaced. I am out SO MUCH MONEY and these people did nothing but DAMAGE MY TEETH and TAKE MY MONEY. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
