Awesome dentist. I had to make an emergency appointment on a day where they were already slammed, so I expected a long wait but when you break a tooth in half, you'll wait. I was only 20 minutes past my squeezed in appointment when I was back in his chair. The office is small but runs, if you'll forgive the pun, like a Deere. One woman runs the front desk, taking care of appointments, insurance and payments. The other woman is his assistant, helping him as needed with patients, cleaning and prepping for the next when he doesn't need her set of hands. Dr Smith himself is efficient, good at his job and nice. Not pushy friendly and his lectures/medical advice are simple and to the point. He doesn't make you feel a quarter inch tall for doing a bad job flossing, just explains the right way and moves on. He is very good at his job, he waited long enough for the numbing shots to kick in before pulling the tooth, which wasn't easy considering my roots are quite curved. And the whole service was very reasonably priced. I've paid upwards of $200 (with insurance) for having a tooth removed and I walked in knowing that was the most I could afford. I was thrilled that with my insurance (delta dental pro) I ONLY HAD TO PAY $60. For me that meant I could still pay my phone bill on time. For those of us working hard everyday just to keep the heat on, he's who I'd recommend. He gets that everybody has to work, and he simply does his job so you can get back to yours. read more
