Avoid this place for dental implants! Gave me est. of $30,000.00 for both arch dental implants…read more Went and received great care from dentist., but when it became time for price was told it would cost $48,000.00 for the cost! . The woman who runs the office ( Laura) became a complete unprofessional ***** . Then wanted to usher myself and my 76 y.o. mother out the door quickly when I inquired about my $50.00 refundable deposit. I was told it would be put immediately back on my card when I started the process to go there. It was almost a week later, when I was given the money back and only after I called them for it! They give "bait and switch" it's name for sure!

This office purchased my long time dentist's office. My family was loyal to his practice for more…read morethan 15 years. During that time we worked with them during dental insurance changes from my employer and their change in provider status. Unfortunately the practice was sold and the business office changed to Family Dental Center. Their poor communication and mismanagement has resulted in my family receiving an unexpected bill for hundreds of dollars for insurance covered cleanings. Months after taking my 2 children in for cleanings, we received a surprise bill for said cleanings. After leaving numerous messages with the office, multiple calls with my insurance company and finding and calling Family Dental Center, I found out that they dropped my in-network insurance days before my kids' visit. Of course, they did NOT notify me of this change in their practice when we arrived at the office for the appointments. This lack of communication about this change feels intentional. They dropped the insurance and didn't inform me so that they can charge me rather than my insurance. Scam or terrible business practice, I'm not sure which. The Family Dental Center is unwilling to reason with me over the bill and their lack of communication to me over their change in coverage.
