Very disappointing experience overall…read more We spent more than 1.5 months trying to get dental treatment completed for our daughters, but after multiple appointments, delays, rescheduling, and excessive waiting, no treatment was ultimately completed at all. Several visits involved waiting 30-60+ minutes past the scheduled appointment time. One sedation appointment was even moved by the office shortly beforehand without properly discussing it with us, despite the fact that our child had to fast before the procedure. The worst experience happened on the day of the sedation appointment. After already waiting over an hour with a hungry child who had not been allowed to eat, we were told it was "normal" to wait several more hours. At that point, we decided to leave rather than make our child continue fasting and waiting indefinitely. A few days later, instead of addressing the scheduling and communication problems professionally, we received a mailed letter stating the office would no longer see our children as patients. Unfortunately, rather than taking responsibility for the repeated scheduling delays, excessive wait times, and communication issues, the office chose to terminate care for our children after we raised concerns about the situation. As parents, we expected professionalism, communication, reasonable scheduling, and basic respect for families' time. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

From the front desk employee who greeted you as you came in, to the polite girl who did my son's x-ray to Bre who made my son feel comfortable while he was talking her ear off because he was nervous. I can't say enough about this practice. My son had a pretty bad loss to his two front teeth and Dr. Jackson made it look as if it never happened. The biggest part was how good they were to Bren. He was so nervous/scared but they made him feel at ease. I can't say enough about this dentist office. We will be seeing this group for a long time!

Crowns fit better than any others we have had in the past. She takes the time to make any injections completely painless. She doesn't push unnecessary treatments (like the dentist we saw in Lexington). Her manner exudes kindness and concern. She is very responsive to emergency situations. The hygienist uses the most "modern" technology so that cleanings are quick and thorough. EVERYONE in the office is pleasant and friendly. We strongly recommend Dr Green's services.

Multiple fillings have…read morefallen out within very short time frames of being put in (the last one only lasted two weeks). I came in with a broken filling and they failed to remove all the bad tooth material before replacing the filling which CAUSED ME to need a full root canal and crown after a week of excruciating and unnecessary pain (probably a month after the filling was replaced). And the last thing is how I was treated by the office manager. I have never been treated so terribly by someone in my entire life. When I came in and stood up for myself, refusing to pay anything for them to replace the filling that barely lasted two weeks, this woman practically threatened to not allow them to fix my tooth for free because I was already going to another dentist. AND NOW my new dentist has informed me that the crown placed over my root canal is entirely fitted improperly and needs to be removed and replaced. I am out SO MUCH MONEY and these people did nothing but DAMAGE MY TEETH and TAKE MY MONEY. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The technology at Catron and Keally Dentistry is remarkable…read more Digital scanning has replaced goopy, messy, impressions. Most night guards, crowns, retainers , etc can be made without the need for traditional impression materials. The saying " a picture is worth a 1000 words" holds true when you see a leaking filling or a fractured tooth on the screen when a special intra-oral camera is used during the exam. Maybe best of all, dental injections can be avoided when cavities are diagnosed and treated early using the dental laser. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and caring. I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful office.
