We no longer need space heaters in the winter and portable A/Cs in the summer in the bedrooms! They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to everybody.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I had two techs come to service my PTAC units. One did a…read moregreat job, the other didn't even bother cleaning the filters in my master bedroom. Immediately after the service, my 4-year-old PTAC started making noise and the thermostat stopped working properly. I called them back, and they sent a tech who insisted nothing was wrong--clearly to avoid holding the first tech accountable. I then hired another company, who found a leak and confirmed the unit was losing freon. When I confronted YuHan, she claimed it was "impossible" their first technician caused the problem and that their company "never makes mistakes." That's hard to believe when they couldn't even clean a filter. She asked me to send pictures and receipts, but it's pointless--she'll just deny responsibility no matter the evidence. She basically said I am lying. I attached a picture, this was AFTER the "cleaning". You can see the line thats leaking. The rep went as far as saying I am taking pictures of a third unit they never serviced, as if I am trying to scam them for a machine that wasn't working. Its ridiculous There are far better companies out there, and I can recommend a few. My advice: stay far away from these guys.

As far as we are concerned, we rate Eco Airflow at the top in their field. Adam and his crew were…read morequick to respond to our HVAC meltdown, making the time for us to give a thorough, accurate and honest assessment of what exactly needed to be repaired, adjusted, and (with regards to our second 30 year old Carrier unit that was no longer working) replacement with a more high efficiency Rheem model - at a price lower than his competitors, and all within 2-3 days from the time our unit stopped working... sparing us more sleepless nights in the sweltering heat and humidity of late August. Unlike our experience with other contractors that disappeared once they've gotten paid, Adam proved to be the ultimate professional in following up with us - to ensure everything was working at maximum efficiency, even returning to make some minor adjustments to our thermostat, and always keeping the lines of communication open. By far above and beyond, we would not hesitate to recommend Adam, Danny, and the rest of the Eco Airflow team to our family and friends, or anyone else in need of HVAC services.

They came and were professional, replaced the capacitor, cleaned my unit, and now we have working AC again highly recommended to anybody.

Then he sends someone else to charge you for the cleanup, but the main issue is still not fixed. Furthermore, he would give you a bogus receipt and dare you to take him to court. We had the main sewage line clogged and paid him $600 for him to snake it. He did it in no time and as soon as water was gone, he left. He gave us a month warranty assuming the pipe was clear of debris, but it took less than an hour to find out it was not. We called him and told us that it was and old house...bla, bla. He then sends another plumber Sam who wanted more money just for cleaning the mess he left. Stay away from HVAC technology plumbing services 24/7

My fan was running constantly and not cooling the house. The indoor temp was going up slowly over the course of five days. Shawn told me all I needed was freon and filled me up for $600. The air was great initally but we are back where we started just three weeks later, same issue. After researching and speaking to other licensed professionals, best practice would be to check for a leak when the freon was as low as mine was. Shawn did not do that. After speaking with Shawn he stands by his work saying that the way to find out if there is a leak is to see if the freon leaks out again. I found this to be inefficient and a waste of a lot of freon. I hired a licensed contractor who tested, identified the problem and reapaired the unit.
