I thought we blew it by calling so late but they hustled and got the whole thing done quickly. All details were settled by the time I got to Nashville and everything was handled with the personal touch of the ownership. This company was awesome and probably plan some wild bachelor/bachelorette parties too but we were just a group of guys looking to do a boat day on the lake (highly recommend) and that was just as fun. Our driver Nathan, or "NateDog" as we referred to him, was a bro and the perfect man for the job. He took us for some cliff jumping and tubing before bringing us to party cove, a sandbar on the lake where you can stand, drink, and mingle with other boaters. Plenty of women, men, locals, tourists, whatever you're looking for, or just hang on your boat if you prefer that. NashVegas provides everything from gas to beer & alcohol to food & water to sunscreen & towels. We also had great speakers and were blasting great music the whole time. Just bring good vibes and your liver, everything else is provided. Best part was that Damon was there himself in the boat next to us. He had his own crew so we all linked up and partied together, but he was also constantly making sure everything went well for both groups. Bottom line, if you prefer some out of touch/corporate staff that would rather set up your event and then never see you again or be bothered with anything once your check clears this is not for you... but if you want to hire a company that will treat you like close friends catching up on old times as much as customers, and has no problem sticking with you throughout the whole process to make sure you have a good time (for a reasonable price by the way), look no further than NashVegasVIP and ask for Damon. From the beginning, Jessica heard the vision we had for our wedding and figured out how to make it happen. I was worried that a coordinator would mean extra expenses as we tried to match the Instagram-perfect wedding, but instead she helped us figure out how to create the wedding that fit within our idea and financial limitations. Jessica helped us end the party an hour early when everyone was too tired (I swear it wasn't lame, just a long day), made a good effort to balance handling decisions versus asking our preference, and managed the waiters/set-up excellently. Upon first meeting her in January, I felt an immediate connection to her & a sense of confidence in her experience,. I chose the "Month of" package, but she was always available for questions, answers, recommendations & support throughout the months leading up. In fact, my husband and I went on an international trip during a critical planning phase (it was my brother's wedding), and while I was away, she connected with multiple vendors on my behalf in order to keep the process going. This was extremely helpful during such a busy time. Throughout planning, Gabby gave excellent recommendations for vendors & general flow of events. We hosted 5 events over 4 days - Jayne & Debbie helped us select the venues, put together the perfect sequence of events, helped us select the hotels for our guests, attended the events and saw to every detail. The highlight of the trip for many was our visit to the Bluebird Cafe. Jayne & Debbie arranged a buyout of the restaurant for our group, selected fantastic songwriters to meet with us and had lunch catered by The Loveless Cafe - both quintessential Nashville stops. They arranged transportation to and from the event and all worked seamlessly.
