    I wasn't sure I wanted to spend money on Wedding Planning or Coordinating. Most brides might think "I got this", because I was one of those brides. However, the closer I got to the wedding date, the more I thought about all the small details I didn't want to deal with the day of and I really wanted to focus on enjoying the moment and I AM SO HAPPY I did! Gabby and Cause We Can Events took over the month of my wedding and verified details, timelines, problem solved and gave ideas for issues I was running into and drove all the way out to Palm Springs, CA for our walk through prior to finalizing details, rehearsal, and wedding day. They are the ONLY reason I was able to sit back and enjoy my day. I forgot one of my own personal items at the hotel and they handled it gracefully and quickly resolved my issue and calmed me down, which is exactly what a bride needs on their wedding day. I advise anyone who is planning a wedding to spend the money on an Event Coordinator and especially Gabby and her team because they are friendly, bubbly, professional and know what they are doing on all aspects of coordinating! They even shuttled my two very special dogs from the ceremony space back to the hotel and got them settled so that was one less thing I had to worry about on the day of our wedding. I won't be planning another wedding but I suggest anyone who is to BOOK THEM!

    Thanks to Gabby, our Big Sur wedding was flawless! She is super creative, responsive, organized, and professional. From the moment we began planning the big day till the last few moments of the wedding Gabby was there to advise and make sure everything went smoothly. Gabby's amazing creativity and craftiness will help make your vision come alive and truly create a one of kind experience that is uniquely yours. We had general ideas about what we wanted for styling, colors, etc. but needed a lot of help making decisions on many of the design elements. Gabby always knew what would work best and had great suggestions that were inline with our vision. We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned - and our guests are still talking about how beautiful her table settings were!!! On the day of the wedding we did not have a single worry, did not have to make last minute decisions, did not have to deal with any set up, vendor issues... you name it because Gabby was working behind the scenes to make sure everything was taken care of. This was due in no small part to her awesome planning leading up to the big day - she coordinated with all the vendors, developed a detailed day-of timeline. On our big day she made sure all the vendors were paid and managed the flow of the wedding to make sure everything ran according to schedule, all while being super calm, cool, and collected. Whether you're getting married or hosting another occasion, definitely hire Gabby with 'Cause We Can Events' - She's the best!!!

    Gabby and I worked together because she hired me to photograph an event she was planning. She was very professional with all her emails and we always stay connected up until I got to the venue. Everything was done so beautifully and elegant. She came and greeted me right away and was very much so available for any questions or concerns I might have had. She is super friendly and outgoing. Great for the kind of industry she is in. She's so personable and did not only stick to her job as the planner but also doubled in as staff wherever she was needed.     Gabby at 'Cause We Can Events singlehandedly made my wedding happen this past November. Let me elaborate. We had signed on Gabby for a Month-of Coordinating package, and from the get-go she was a dream to work with. Unlike many others in the wedding biz, she didn't give us the saccharine razzle dazzle or insincere over-dramatization of our "special day." She was down-to-earth, authentic, and treated our day as something that was to be taken seriously, but not so much as if lives were at stake (it's a party, people). She had experience, amazing ideas, and rolled with any and all of our punches with the same cheerful smile from beginning to end. By the time the wedding was upon us, I was sick and tired of people asking me questions and looking to me to hold their hand to make this wedding happen... but I never felt that way with Gabby. Even if all else failed, I knew that Gabby would have things under control for us. She handled all the coordination with vendors, laid out the plan on crowd control, and I pretty much just handed her a box of décor, didn't have time to give detailed instructions and essentially told her "good luck with it!" To be honest, because my fiancé and I was paying for most of the wedding, we knew we'd have to prioritize/give up on certain things, and have to decide/draw lines between our must-haves and nice-to-haves. I had come to terms with the fact that I wouldn't be getting a magazine wedding, and that my wedding would definitely be "nice" but we didn't have it in our budget to be anything much more than that. But when I walked into the garden that day, I had my breath taken away. Gabby took my mish mosh of DIY décor (which I knew I wanted in its individual pieces without having any idea of how it'd all come together) and materialized it into the very thing I thought I'd given up on. From the bistro lights and lantern to the menu card with a sprig of rosemary on the napkin to our sweetheart table, all of the details that made me sigh were Gabby's handiwork. She created a wedding I thought I couldn't have, plucked right out of my crazy fantasy--without even having to tell her! If you are on the fence about a coordinator and think you could do it yourself, trust me, this is well worth it. The partnership you have with Gabby and team at 'Cause We Can Events is an absolute must-have. Whether it's for the full thing or just the month before, your event couldn't be in better hands than these guys right here.

    I got married in August 2018 and Gabby was my month-of coordinator at the Redondo Beach Historic Library. She was great to work with from start to finish, always helpful even with random questions and advice we needed on how to handle certain aspects of our day from wording on our invitations to advice on tipping other vendors. My husband and I were so happy with our decision to hire her! We also rented our chuppah through her company which was a lifesaver! Chuppah rentals are wildly expensive (who knew?!), her pricing was in our budget and they also set it up/took down which made our lives that much easier.

    I am a wedding photographer and as a bride I hired Gabby to help me plan my own destination wedding in Scotland! I've worked with Gabby many times and have seen her in action again and again. I refer all my couples to her and I am so happy that she was available for my wedding as well! That says a lot because I've worked with countless wedding coordinators and have been in the industry for nearly a decade. Gabby is the perfect blend of calm, happy, kind, fun + organized, hard working, efficient, fast thinking, resourceful and creative. You know you are in safe hands with Gabby and all our friends and family loved her too. She brings a great energy to your day, never adds any stress, is experienced enough to handle any scenario and keeps you on track in the months leading up. We love her and can't recommend her enough!

    Gabby is a genius and an absolute dream to work with. I am SO happy I found her to help us with our big day. When I first reached out to Gabby, my fiancé and I were planning an elopement with just a few guests. This later changed to a small destination wedding with over 20 guests that required a lot more planning than we had originally talked about. Gabby adjusted our plans and package without hesitation & relieved SO much of my stress. I don't know how she did it, but somehow Gabby pieced together the little bits of limited info I gave her about my vision and managed to put together our perfect day.     What would we have done without Gabby?? I'm a wedding photographer and my now husband is an architect so we had some very specific ideas of what we wanted for our wedding and none of them were traditional. We knew we needed a wedding planner who could handle the challenge. I've known Gabby for years and her organized-OCD-yet-yogi-calm-cheery attitude was exactly the vibe we needed for our wedding weekend so choosing her as our wedding planner was a no-brainer. We planned a three-day music festival style, glamping wedding out in the middle of the desert in Moab, Utah with 3 bands, 2 DJs, a coffee truck, a breakfast burrito truck, catering for 3 full dinners, a silent disco, laser tag, national park adventures, two yoga classes, a snack tent and of course multiple photoshoots throughout the weekend. We definitely put Gabby through the ringer with our over the top ideas and she handled it all like a champ. Gabby helped us throughout the year long planning process with communicating with vendors across 3 states. She helped create endless dreamcatchers, table runners, and helped us through multiple strategic planning sessions. But she really proved her value during the last month of the wedding when she and her team took over vendor communications entirely at my request so that I could enjoy the process a little more. They helped us transport all of our collected décor from Los Angeles to Utah and lead the setup at the venue which was a monumental task to say the least. A couple of hours before our guests started arriving at the camp, Gabby sent me away to shower and get ready and by the time I came out to party the entire setup was complete and PERFECT! The whole weekend went off without a hitch (not something I see very often in the wedding industry!) Gabby spent all three days making sure the ice was fresh, the snack tent was stocked, all of the vendors knew where to be and when to begin, she seamlessly shifted our timeline as needed without bringing the stress to my fiancé and I and so many other big and small tasks that if I started listing them would barely make a dent on the impact she and her team had. Everything was absolutely perfect but beyond the wedding planning aspect one of the most important things was that she kept her cool the entire time. Not once did she add stress to a situation, she had a continuous happy vibe the whole time which added to the experience in ways you can't even imagine! Trust me, this personality trait in your wedding planner is HUGE if you want to avoid as much stress as possible around your wedding day. Hire her!

    This review is so long overdue as our wedding was on 02/20/16. Gabby is by far the most amazing person you can ever meet!!!!! She's very accommodating, sincere, down to earth, helpful and organized. She was very open to what my husband and I had in mind and through out some ideas to consider. I felt like we bugged her so much but she always responded to us in a timely manner. I didn't have a care in the world on my wedding day. I was so happy, everyone enjoyed themselves, and the set up was amazing. Gabby was on top of everything. My husband is very particular about certain things, and he loved Gabby. The Stoudemire's love Gabby!!!!

Not having sources that had used an independent wedding planner, we perused internet reviews and one name floated to the top over and over. Her reviews were stellar and her pictures exciting. Together we agreed to reached out the CHRISTINA LOGAN EVENTS and set up a meeting with Christina Logan. Aware that planning a wedding was complex - complicated by Allie's work schedule and with me living out of state - it was critical to find the right person to tackle our lives while pulling together the dream wedding. As Christina introduced herself, it was clear that we were in the presence of someone who was not only skilled at her craft but genuinely passionate about making Allie's special day perfect. Our anxiety slipped away, knowing we met our perfect wedding planner, we joyfully hired Christina Logan Events to plan Allie and Alex's wedding. Christina quickly presented a detail outline of our budget and put together a board of Allie's thoughts - dress ideas, colors and flowers - a highlight of her dream. It was spot on! Allie's text to Christina was "So excited! You're doing amazing pinpointing my vague idea!"  We were realizing the fortune of finding Christina, who was professional, dedicated, giving attention to detail that was beyond our comprehension. Before long, a delightful sense of humor emerged from Christina, making the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free.   Christina worked effortlessly through every phase, no matter how big or small, ensuring everything was executed flawlessly. She respectfully listened to Allie's ideas, saw her vision, and worked tirelessly to bring it beautifully to life. (And thank God for that sense of humor which was fully appreciated when attention to numbers attending and table assignments were required). With everything perfectly in place prior to the wedding, on ceremony day, Christina was a stealth spirit of perfection. She set finial touches on tables, perfected the bridal cake, straightened the groomsmen, pinned my dress lining, oversaw food service and the entertainment, orchestrated the wedding party, ensured all facilities were well-maintained, and more. The evening flowed flawlessly as she guided Allie and Alex with calming ease and complete support .... Always with her lovely smile. At night's end, not missing a step, she had the getaway car packed and awaiting the new Mr. & Mrs., sparklers passed out, arms open sending Allie and Alex off with hugs. It was beautifully moving for me, Mother of the Bride. Christina was a highly treasured part of Allie's wedding journey. She also became a cherished friend, whom I miss speaking with weekly. We are forever grateful for this Angel - truly a gift from God. They also offer planning services for a fee. I've only been once to check out the vendor portfolios and once for a bride mixer party. The vendor lists are short, only a few for each category so you don't get confused, but you also may not find the right one that fit your needs, so don't expect to get everything done here. The bride mixer i went to was awesome, we got to meet some great vendors. It's also a free event. I had a great time, and meet some vendors that I didn't even think of looking for. This place is great if you are just starting out your planning process. Plus the space is so cute!

She went above and beyond throughout the entire process - she was always readily available before the official time started and she attended several meetings and walkthroughs prior to the big weekend. There were some major changes with our venue as a different event coordinator at our venue was hired, and Megan was the steady presence who navigated through these last minute changes which required extra meetings to bridge the gaps for our venue's team. She always demonstrated kindness, professionalism, organization, and had a calm demeanor. She ensured everything was well-prepared for the big day and made sure I felt confident with the plan. On the wedding day, she handled everything beautifully. Megan and her wonderful assistant Jane made the day run smoothly and effortlessly, which allowed us to truly be present and soak in every moment. Everything happened perfectly and as planned - down to the minute. We are endlessly thankful for the love and effort Megan poured into making our wedding so special and the best weekend of our lives! The barn itself is spacious, bright and warm. The table set up and table settings are gorgeous and perfectly manicured for the event at hand. Bathrooms are easily accessible and there are multiple entry and exit points, making for a nice flow during the event. Staff was friendly and helpful, and always available. They were directing traffic, guiding folks to their seats, pointing folks to the restrooms, cleaning up or just being available when needed. Parking seems to be ample, but does fill up very quickly, so best to be early to whatever event you are attending. Entrance to the venue is easy to miss, so be careful when looking for it, especially if it is at night. The road is windy coming in, and opens up to a beautiful landscape with the outdoor venue straight ahead and the barn up on the hill. The backdrop for the venue is excellent all around. If you have never been to Beechgrove before, be prepared and make all your pitstops before getting off the exit. For a few miles, the only things are this venue and a nearby Shell station. Overall, the venue did a phenomenal job. Happy to have been part of something so special as such a special place!
