You can tell she truly loves her job and wants to make everyone's wedding day spectacular and perfect. Christina made it possible for my husband and I to have the wedding of our dreams! We're so grateful for her and all of her help. Not only did she go above and beyond in the most important things- like picking out a good florist, giving recommendations on caterers, tents, etc., but she also made sure to send us back to the hotel on our wedding night with extra entrées and cake because she knew we wouldn't have the time to eat while entertaining our guests. Recently our daughter, Allie, was joyfully engaged and the time had arrived for wedding planning. We agreed that the guidance of a Wedding Planner was definite, yet had no idea where to start. Not having sources that had used an independent wedding planner, we perused internet reviews and one name floated to the top over and over. Her reviews were stellar and her pictures exciting. Together we agreed to reached out the CHRISTINA LOGAN EVENTS and set up a meeting with Christina Logan. Aware that planning a wedding was complex - complicated by Allie's work schedule and with me living out of state - it was critical to find the right person to tackle our lives while pulling together the dream wedding. As Christina introduced herself, it was clear that we were in the presence of someone who was not only skilled at her craft but genuinely passionate about making Allie's special day perfect. Our anxiety slipped away, knowing we met our perfect wedding planner, we joyfully hired Christina Logan Events to plan Allie and Alex's wedding. Christina quickly presented a detail outline of our budget and put together a board of Allie's thoughts - dress ideas, colors and flowers - a highlight of her dream. It was spot on! Allie's text to Christina was "So excited! You're doing amazing pinpointing my vague idea!"  We were realizing the fortune of finding Christina, who was professional, dedicated, giving attention to detail that was beyond our comprehension. Before long, a delightful sense of humor emerged from Christina, making the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free.   Christina worked effortlessly through every phase, no matter how big or small, ensuring everything was executed flawlessly. She respectfully listened to Allie's ideas, saw her vision, and worked tirelessly to bring it beautifully to life. (And thank God for that sense of humor which was fully appreciated when attention to numbers attending and table assignments were required). With everything perfectly in place prior to the wedding, on ceremony day, Christina was a stealth spirit of perfection. She set finial touches on tables, perfected the bridal cake, straightened the groomsmen, pinned my dress lining, oversaw food service and the entertainment, orchestrated the wedding party, ensured all facilities were well-maintained, and more. The evening flowed flawlessly as she guided Allie and Alex with calming ease and complete support .... Always with her lovely smile. At night's end, not missing a step, she had the getaway car packed and awaiting the new Mr. & Mrs., sparklers passed out, arms open sending Allie and Alex off with hugs. It was beautifully moving for me, Mother of the Bride. Christina was a highly treasured part of Allie's wedding journey. She also became a cherished friend, whom I miss speaking with weekly. We are forever grateful for this Angel - truly a gift from God.     As a Type-A person, I felt confident I wouldn't need a coordinator for our wedding. It would be…read morefilled with close friends and family who would all be willing to chip in the day of to get things done, and I didn't want outsiders there changing the atmosphere anyways. As it got closer to the wedding, I heard a wonderful quote: "Your wedding is as special for your friends and family as it is for you. If you don't take care of things during the day of the wedding, they will spend it taking care of things rather than enjoying/celebrating you in your marriage." That quote hit home, and I knew it was time to call in help. Cause We Can Events' Instagram and website speaks to the beauty of their weddings, but it doesn't highlight how great they are to work with. From the beginning, Jessica heard the vision we had for our wedding and figured out how to make it happen. I was worried that a coordinator would mean extra expenses as we tried to match the Instagram-perfect wedding, but instead she helped us figure out how to create the wedding that fit within our idea and financial limitations. Jessica helped us end the party an hour early when everyone was too tired (I swear it wasn't lame, just a long day), made a good effort to balance handling decisions versus asking our preference, and managed the waiters/set-up excellently. My husband was most amazed when Jessica and her assistant had already made/started passing out coffee when he realized we needed to sober some guests up as they prepared for the bus to the hotel. Second ceremony (non-denominational) and reception was at Pointe Vicente Interpretive Center from 5 - 10pm. It was an intimidating day to plan to say the least. I was originally interested in hiring Gabby due to her experience at South Coast Botanic Garden. Upon first meeting her in January, I felt an immediate connection to her & a sense of confidence in her experience,. I chose the "Month of" package, but she was always available for questions, answers, recommendations & support throughout the months leading up. In fact, my husband and I went on an international trip during a critical planning phase (it was my brother's wedding), and while I was away, she connected with multiple vendors on my behalf in order to keep the process going. This was extremely helpful during such a busy time. Throughout planning, Gabby gave excellent recommendations for vendors & general flow of events. I ended up using many of her vendor recs who were all outstanding, and her timeline recs were very helpful. But where Gabby shined the most for me was the day of. She is literally worth EVERY PENNY. I never thought once about where to be or go, nor did I have to interface with any vendor to ensure things were going as planned. My wedding truly was seamless and I have the guest compliments to back it up. Your wedding should be the best day of your life and mine truly was with many thanks to Gabby & her team. I could not have done it without her & I will forever be grateful. As evidence of her good work, a couple who attended my wedding interviewed multiple planners and ended up choosing Gabby for their wedding next year! We hired her as a coordinator which I believe starts about 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process - she was always readily available before the official time started and she attended several meetings and walkthroughs prior to the big weekend. There were some major changes with our venue as a different event coordinator at our venue was hired, and Megan was the steady presence who navigated through these last minute changes which required extra meetings to bridge the gaps for our venue's team. She always demonstrated kindness, professionalism, organization, and had a calm demeanor. She ensured everything was well-prepared for the big day and made sure I felt confident with the plan. On the wedding day, she handled everything beautifully. Megan and her wonderful assistant Jane made the day run smoothly and effortlessly, which allowed us to truly be present and soak in every moment. Everything happened perfectly and as planned - down to the minute. We are endlessly thankful for the love and effort Megan poured into making our wedding so special and the best weekend of our lives! She knew the ins and outs of the wedding day, guiding us through the process in multiple meetings. She had a fantastic list of vendors to choose from, as they were from the same caliber as she was! Everything that was important to us, she found ways to make happen. She was such a calming presence on the wedding day. The wedding day was smooth (or if there were any problems she handled them so that we never heard about them!). Everything she did and helped accomplish created the perfect day for us!

They also offer planning services for a fee. I've only been once to check out the vendor portfolios and once for a bride mixer party. The vendor lists are short, only a few for each category so you don't get confused, but you also may not find the right one that fit your needs, so don't expect to get everything done here. The bride mixer i went to was awesome, we got to meet some great vendors. It's also a free event. I had a great time, and meet some vendors that I didn't even think of looking for. This place is great if you are just starting out your planning process. Plus the space is so cute!

From Costco runs to getting floral arrangements together and beyond. They put together a flawless, beautiful, dream wedding for me and my husband. I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew that the entire wedding was in good hands with these two. Not only will these girls work so very hard for you, they will also give great advise, come up with awesome ideas, problem solve, and use their many creative talents to pull off the ideal look and feel of your wedding.
