My family and I got Rice Wok on Christmas Eve and it did not disappoint. We ordered Beef and Broccoli, Sesame Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein,and Ham fried rice. It also came with a side of white rice. I placed my order over the phone and they had it ready within 20 minutes. Very speedy, on a very busy day! When I arrived to the store, there was a line of at least 7-8 people and they still had time to get all of our foods out at a reasonable amount of time. Ho ho Ho! These guys are the true Santa's and I applaud them for it. Service was delightful. The whole shop is run by a family and they're all wonderful and kind people. The food is delicious and doesn't taste like gross fast food chinese. the vegetables were all very fresh and the food was hot and perfectly seasoned. About the only thing to like is that it is a pretty quick mostly carry out place. There are lots of large pieces of zucchini and celery in the kung pao chicken to add mass to the dish. Talk about non standard additions. There is very little spice. I'll skip going on. I like that it's not a chain, but it's not any better than the chains either. read more

My husband and I love this place. The food is cheap and good. My menu favorites are: Beef and Broccoli, Moo Goo Gai Pan, General Tso's Chicken, Hot and Sour Soup, Chicken Fried Rice, Sweet and Sour Chicken. The orange chicken is really orangy. A little too much for my taste. I like it, but I can only eat a little bit. My husband loves the Mongolian beef, but it has too many onions for my taste. If your order is over $20 you can ask for a free order of Pot stickers. You get 6 of them! I recommend skipping the Ham fried rice and going straight for the Chicken fried rice. You get large pieces of chicken in it. It is delicious. We have tried some of their noodle dishes, but I don't remember which ones. Their lunch dishes are good and reasonably priced. You get 2 pot stickers, ham fried rice, and an entree. It is really filling, and you get A LOT of food! I usually have enough leftover for another meal. Overall, I really like this place. I could've gone to costco and copped me a orange sesame chicken kit that tasted better and was better cooked than here. the chicken wasn't even FULLY coated in the sauce which i can tell that it's some frozen breaded chicken that was precooked, reheated and slathered together with some sauce and a sprinkle of some sesame. hell to the nawl. i'm so cool and never bringing myself here for cheat day to pig out. i'd rather pop open a bag of doritos in the comfort of my own home dipping it in some sour cream, at least knowing that it will taste like i expect it and not be anything less. then this random fat white old dude is in the front waiting for his food to be served, starts openly raving about this place. and that is why he's fat cause he loves that msg, reheated precooked BLAH. no thanks. i gave it 2 stars cause they were at least polite, but their food SUCKED. never again. read more

Not very good. I got the orange chicken; it's marked as spicy on their menu, but I couldn't even taste the orange flavoring, let alone any heat. I also got the egg rolls; once again flavorless and lackluster. Their ham fried rice is pretty good. I saw another reviewer say they got 2 different chicken dishes and couldn't tell the difference; I could definitely see that being an issue here. The line was longer than my husband wanted to wait at Panda Express, so we came here anticipating far better food than Panda. We were disappointed. Got the small family meal. The sauces were bland. The Gyoza was good, but no different than what you could get from the freezer section. Fried rice was better than Panda though. Very unimpressed. I just ordered a pon-pon shrimp combo, fried jumbo shrimp and hot and sour soup. I guess they changed their menu since they posted online, because the paper menus they brought did not have pon-pon shrimp, they delivered chicken, and it had no sauce what so ever. Very dry. The shrimp were extremely salty, and somehow a $6 combo, $1.75 soup and $4.50 appetizer turned into $18. I guess they also have an undisclosed delivery fee. I wont order from here again. read more

First of all, I called for a takeout order at 9pm and they were closing at 9:30. She put me on hold for a few minutes reminding me that they are closing soon and she was rude on the phone. We ordered the combo plate of sweet and sour pork, lemon chicken with ham fried rice and the cream cheese appetizer. It is not authentic Chinese food. The portion was nice but they fried the food and gave sauce on the side and voila that's it. If you're looking for Chinese food, Panda Express can do better than this. This was by far one of the most unprofessional bushiness I have ever dealt with. We called to make a delivery order the first phone call the guy taking the order couldn't understand the phone number so we got hung up on. Figuring that this may have in fact been a mistake we called back and it sounded like the phone was answered and just left on the counter while someone was talking to a customer in person. (This i do slightly understand but you can at least let someone know that they are on hold to be courteous and let someone know.) So we called back again and the same thing happened so figuring it could be a mistake on our phone or the restaurants we called back. This last and final phone call is the reason why this review is getting left. The final time we called the employees of this so called business answered the phone and I quote "Hello, this is the Police Department how can I help you?" At this time you can literally here every other employee laughing in the background. This is the best-tasting Chinese food I have had in Utah Valley. The portions are large and very cheap! Almost all combo plates are $5.50 and come with fried rice, pot stickers, the main entree and a fortune cookie. Their service is incredibly fast as well. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed. My wife and I LOVE mixing their Hot n Sour soup with the Egg Drop soup. It's the best in the area. Plus Rice Wok gives you wonton strips to put in it. Fantastic. We usually have some fried Potstickers to go with this soup concoction. We are also big fans of the Lemon Chicken. The sauce comes separate from the chicken which is really nice. Rice Wok isn't fancy. I consider it a takeout place but that's not an issue for me. The people there work hard and make things I love to eat. Side note, I hate delivery but over the last few years their delivery has been consistently on time or early. The order has always been right and the food double bagged to avoid spills. read more
