Spicy Fried Rice

Food: 5 Service: 5 Ambience: 5 Date/Time: 5/12/2017 8:00pm Crowd: 3/4 full Order: Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles), Spicy Fried Rice This Thai restaurant has some uniqueness with the standard tables and also some with backless, carpeted benches with pillows for sitting at the table. Very clean looking with Thai decor. Service was great! Server did a great job taking the order and checking back. Food was awesome! The spice of the Drunken Noodles was perfect and the spicy fried rice was really not spicy in comparison but very tasty. Highly recommended!

YOU HAVE TO GET THEIR THAI TEA!! . HOLY WOW DELICIOUS! The service was meh, but the food was tasty! The gyoza could have been cooked a bit less, and the staff were talking to each other a lot, but maybe it's because we came later in the night? I loved the seating options, there's normal tables, and places to sit on cushions, or booths.

This is easily the best Thai spot in Orem. We've been coming here for years. They are family owned and are incredibly kind, generous (in food too), people. The food is amazing. You have to get the chicken pad Thai! We get that every time. I like to add lime juice on top of the noodles and eat it over white rice. We are never disappointed in the quality and taste. The food is 5/5 Staff is 5/5 We love coming here!!!

Tremendous!

So often, when you eat good Thai it's hard to know just HOW good it is. Pad Thai is Pad Thai, right? Well wait until you try Bangkok Grill. It's like they've injected flavor with a syringe. Sometimes you can order an assortment of Thai dishes and they all taste the same. But not here. Everything is so unique from the other dishes. I can't wait to come back. This is awesome!

Really a 5 star rating for a Thai restaurant in Orem? I had to go visit and we are so glad we did. This is by far the best Thai food in Utah county! Chicken satay was really tasty. Their peanut sauce was so damn good. I would totally come here when I get the cravings even if it's a drive for me. I wouldn't be surprised if they somehow get featured on some food channel or best of Utah.

I've been coming to Bangkok Grill over the past decade. Delicious pad Thai, pad side, pineapple curry, tom ka gai, and massaman curry. Those are my usual lineup and My whole family loves them!! Great staff and great food. Would totally recommend to everyone looking for some good Thai in Utah County!

Hands down the best thai food i have had in utah. The price is perfectly reasonable and their ambience pretty nice inside with a unique seating experience if you choose to sit in the booth. The kicker is their portion size which is perfect for lunch and was optimized so well that i felt just about perfectly full post my lunch which included wolfing down their crunchy wings (this one appeared fried though and hence might not be for the health conscious and might need to be taken only once in a while) , their pad thai which was the best i have tasted around town and also their delicious mango sticky rice which was not too sweet nor bland. These would also double up as my recommendations as must trys in this restaurant. You should also not lose a chance to taste their coconut soup (the portion size is i think generally for 2 unless you are super hungry :)). The service was non fuss and quick as was billing. The food tasted great. The ambience was a bit on the noisier side but you would not mind that once you get to the real deal which is the food, which again tastes awesome. They might get busy during business hours and hence if you dont want to possibly find yourself in a queue, please plan to go ahead of time or an early lunch might be on the cards to avoid any wait times. But the upside is the tables move at a pretty decent speed too and hence some amount of wait time might be offset here. Go here for a great thai food experience. I would definitely recommend bangkok grill as a go to thai place if you are in or around utah county.

The sign of a true Thai restaurant. Spoon in the right hand. Fork in the left.

Soooo happy Bangkok Grill is back! According to Linda, the chefs daughter, all the recipes are the same. They took a few items off the menu and added a picture for every dish! Having lived in Thailand I am picky about my Thai food and this place does so many dishes very well! For starters, my two favorite dishes, the Beef Waterfall and Phad Graprow are on point! I like the Phad Graprow with minced pork and a fried egg on top! I Love the Tom Kha Gai soup and the Phad Woon Sen. I also like the Pineapple Fried Rice. They put a Chinese sausage in there that is my fave! Out of the curries, I'd go with the pumpkin here, but all are pretty great! I'll be back again and again!!!!

Pad Thai is good

Thai Simple Dish

Thai Simple Dish

Hidden gem alert: Tiny, mighty, and seriously addictive Thai in Provo!…read more This little spot is proof that big flavor doesn't need a big space. We're talking maybe five or six tables total--cozy doesn't even begin to cover it. The walls are covered in gorgeous photos of Thailand and serene Buddha art that transport you thousands of miles away. More often than not, the owner is right there in the kitchen, wok in hand, personally sending out every dish. You can feel the love and care in every bite. Yes, the Pad Thai is solid (as it should be), but please--don't sleep on the rest of the menu. The fried rice is next-level, the curries are rich, aromatic perfection that will have you scraping the plate, and the signature dishes? Absolute showstoppers. Case in point: the Crispy Orange Chicken. It's hands-down better than most of the orange chicken I've had anywhere--perfectly fried, glossy sauce with that bright citrus punch, tender chicken, crispy outside. Pure bliss. The appetizers are no slouch either: The fresh rolls are bursting with crisp veggies (or plump shrimp) and herbs--light, refreshing, and full of life. The golden, crispy spring rolls are packed with veggies, and the crab rangoons? Creamy, dreamy, and dangerously addictive. And if you're feeling adventurous, dive into one of their incredible curries--vibrant, creamy, and deeply satisfying. Fair warning: Once you try Thai Simple Dish, you'll be plotting your next visit before you even leave. This place is small in square footage, but massive in flavor. Provo Thai food just leveled up. Highly recommend--go hungry and bring your stretchy pants!
