As Asians, we generally wash all of our bowls and utensils prior using as our practice with hot water or tea (depending on what you ask for). Food - 4/5. The sweet and sour pork chops had a thick tangy sauce but good that it had a light batter around the meat, which kept the meat moist. The chicken is the typical dish you can get at most Chinese restaurants. It was interesting that it actually sat in a soy sauce base. The ginger sauce is missing the typical green onions.
