I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! He was on time , stayed in communication up until he arrived and was very knowledgeable in person. He quoted me a very reasonable quote and what surprised me was how quickly he said he was going to be done , despite having another commitment he was currently working on. I agreed on the price and he was done in two days. He worked quickly and precisely and the deck was excellently constructed. He mentioned having worked mostly in California and having certifications in many fields, including tile and appliance removal/replacement.
