On top of that, she even made sure to verify if I still needed their help and worked to get me into an earlier time slot that had just become available. Their customer service is absolutely first rate. Jason is knowledgeable and took the time to ensure the job was done correctly, especially since my issue was less common. The job was done quickly and at a very fair price. I can say I'm very happy to have a working dryer again before the stay at home order goes into effect. I later learned that someone I was acquainted with works in appliance repairs and he came to look at it today. 20 minutes later my dryer was working.
