Appointment set for 8 Am arrived at 8:05..Clean drop cloths, very professional crew of three. and a dustpan and brush just to make sure no crumbs left behind. Roberto came out, did a blower test, comprehensive walk thru with the thermal camera and we talked about issues and what solutions would work. We came up with a plan. Got started, and discovered an issue. We got together and pivoted to a very workable solution to get the job done. Work was completed well, quickly, and when they were done they cleaned so well you'd never know they were there. Very pleased with the results. Very pleased with their professionalism and ability to find solutions. Couldn't recommend any more strongly!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID…read more I had Robert out in July for an estimate. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Eventually made it to scheduling 8 weeks out... fast forward to today OCT 1st... I never received a confirmation that they were coming or a time frame they would arrive. They show up unannounced while I'm at work and are repeatedly calling/emailing me. The office manager, Leslie, left me a nasty email. When told that I was not home because they never confirmed, she replied with "We do not work that way. Never have, never will." She was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not happy that they traveled a distance and I was not home due to the lack of communication. How is this a proper way to conduct business? It is 2026. A confirmation that you were coming and a time frame is pretty standard for business nowadays. If you're mad about me not being home and you traveling a distance then maybe you should have confirmed the appointment. They also didn't even offer to reschedule. When I told them I could have someone there in an hour I was told we had to cancel the job all together. My business clearly means nothing to them. Needless to say I do not recommend using them for anything.

I told the rep that other companies have inspected our home and stated that our walls are suitable for blown in insulation. ARC never came to visit our home - while their competitors did this as a standard account management cycle. Fast forward to this week, I was ready to sign the agreement and pay the deposit - the rep asked me to confirm the 2x4 framing. I asked him how he wanted me to do this - he suggested I drill pilot holes in each wall or pay a 3rd party to do this and that ARC was not responsible for verifying the details of our home. Not responsible for validating a critical project detail before having you customer pay thousands of dollars?! Extremely poor customer service and frankly, a lazy sales team. I am sure the crews doing the work are great, but the accounts team could use a refresh. I will work with a competitor unless ARC has employees willing to visit their prospective customers!
