We explained that if the wait would be much longer, we would prefer to cancel the food order. Instead of addressing the delay, we were told that if we canceled our food, we would have to leave immediately. The service was completely unacceptable. The staff seemed unprepared for the event, unprofessional in their response, and focused on serving drinks while food orders were neglected. To make our experience worse, the restaurant advertised a "World Cup Specials Menu," but those prices were not honored. We ended up paying full price despite the promotion. Don't understand why a business would advertise specials and then refuse to honor them. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not return.
