Bartender guy was an absolute dickhead. First time ever being there, rushed to order and not given any recommendations. Told just see the menu. The worst customer treatment at a place EVER. Got a latte cuz the bartender said just pick something. It looks cool but they're so rude. Also they threw our food ticket away and had to ask what we ordered after we paid. However, the female bartender was very sweet! Helpful, did her best and apologized for her coworker's behavior: also gave us a card for a free item. No fault on her.

I only got a tea and a cup of coffee but this place is honestly such a cute hidden gem, with great seating in a beautiful yard with tons of overhead structures, fountains and plants to brighten the area amd make it cozy! the drinks were ready very quickly and it was really nice to sit outside and enjoy a lil sip. I recommend anyone that wants a sit and chat should try here eventually

Very cute Victorian home turned cafe spot on the bustling street of Belmont. They also host some flea markets in their courtyard area which us very shady and cute. You order at the trailer and find seats wherever. It's a very nice oasis on the busy street. They have coffee, food, and drinks so something for everyone. We tried their espresso martini-esque drink with orange and it's nice and refreshing. Would come back for their other stuffs.

Love the decor. Love the staff. Love the drinks and gawd damn the food was great too. The basque cheesecake was so amazing. AND the escargot was so well done. Again, I love this place!

Foxtrot is the new incarnation of an old Belmont house and connected lot many may know as Buttertoes and the Pied Cow. The house is mainly the kitchen. The open air lot is for you. On the lot is an Airstream trailer which mixes drinks, dispenses beer and wine, and takes food orders for the kitchen. They have food brought to the table counter-service style. On the lot are rain-shaded structures and open air tables. Very Oregon Country Fair City Repair Project-style. Maybe they will have more rain shelter in our rain months for the open air tables. They do have cigarette smoking and ash trays at the tables, I find distasteful. That said, it is outdoors. -1 for that, unpleasantly retro. Previous businesses here have catered to underage. Now it is underage until 3PM. They do host events, maybe yours. They have an outdoor projection screen. They host the Church of Film which is an obscure tiny, under 30 person, event. I would estimate their occupancy at 60. Maybe it would work for weddings. I think it would make a good date night for some, but I would scout it before deciding. I hope this small business gets its groove and finds a stable customer base but I do not know what that is. The neighborhood and you, seeking a destination, need to decide what small business survives in this spot, or if it is replaced by a quarter block 5 story condo.

You may be tempted to walk up the lovely staircase to the house but hold off, you order at the shiny trailer just beside leading to the vast side yard filled to the brim with coves and caves. This large patio has a smattering of covered areas in different styles of cozy and creativity. The cocktails are lovely surprise (guided sweetly by the kind bartenders) and served in beautiful glassware. It's the perfect spot to take a date for the ultimate amount of artistic ambiance. I can't wait to experience this space in the spring and summertime. Kudos to the owners for making such a beautiful space.

I adore Foxtrot so much. I live in the area and it's such a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. My partner and I discovered it back in February and have since come back again and again for the artful atmosphere, the yummy drinks and cuisine, but really it's because the staff and owner are just wonderful welcoming people. The patio is like being transported into a secret garden and the inside is like a Victorian design dream. They have fun events like the oh so cool Church of Film, DJ sets and music, and artist markets! Overall a wonderful spot if you like friendly people, great drinks & eats, and a beautiful setting.

It lookeed disgusting and the portion was way too small. Our wait for THIS was 45 minutes!

We ordered 2 drinks and one simple order of 3 pieces of bread with a couple of the toppings they sell. We waited over 45 minutes for our order and the portion were so small we were stunned. The side salad that came with it was 3 small bites as was the order itself. The acutal dish looked like it had a slug on top of it with a toothpick. Pathetic. Not worth the money at all and we'd never go back.

If my dreams could create a bar, this would be it. The ambiance is incredible and the food/cocktails are just as good. The strawberry pie left us speechless.

This is the most beautiful restaurant in pdx! The entire place has a brilliantly curated dark Victorian ambiance. The food was delicious too. For all this I'll return. However, just know you have to order outside at the airstream. Then wind your way back around & up the steps (drinks in hand) if you want to eat inside. If they had a waitstaff dining there would be perfection. But maybe this is their way of cutting costs. Regardless I'll be back! Plus the staff who took orders were very friendly.

A lot of dive bar food is made with beer whether the menu says it or not and it is usually just a tragedy. I get it - drunk folks do not care what they are eating but the menu is about the same at most places. A friend wanted to attend a Shakespeare interactive play here. Since it was starting at 7pm and I live in Beaverton I was not going to have time to get over here and eat so I looked up the bar online. I was curious at the Mediterranean food but also very happy since that is not made with beer. My friend arrived before me and grabbed up perfect seats. We realized it was going to be a full house so we had better order food which was super easy to do. Can I also throw in that on their wall behind the bar they have chips you can just grab from the bartender... FRITOS, which are one of my favorite things. But thank you - just that... I was not drinking and just having soda with the show and some food but I could genuinely see having a few drinks and just grabbing one for a small snack. Our food, even with the bussel busy Friday night, came pretty fast and all the folks taking orders and serving were super friendly, wanting to help. I wanted the chicken gyro but they ran out so I gave their falafel a go - the falafel was a touch on the over mark but was still pretty delicious and I opted for a 'side' salad which I thought was strange to upcharge $3 for until it arrived and was INSANE... so huge! I got a side of onion rings too which were ridiculously good...seriously some of the best damned rings I have had and I could not stop eating them so that, my friends, was dinner... I had to take most of the gyro and salad to go. That salad ...later...I had an avocado I needed to use up at home and with their dressing. It was incredible! Amusing thing is that there is a vegan restaurant my friend had wanted to try near here and we did. Had the WORST experience and this was perfect... when we are over here this just earned itself a place as a go to spot for me. I might even drink here sometime HAHAHAHA!

TPK Brewing is a super fun brewery that Steve and I have enjoyed twice now. There is a lot to love…read morefor me with this brewery. The fantasy and the Dungeons & Dragons themes are really fun and totally calls to me. So therefore with our first experience here I stocked up on a lot of swag- shirts! My first beer with this brewery was a Red Ale or Amber Ale, The Lady of Embers. This was a very enjoyable first time beer with this brewery. Flavor features in this beer are Caramel, a roastiness, maltiness, biscuity and a dry finish. It proved to be a fun beer to try out for the first time and we were eager to come back and try more of their beers. A bit of time passed and we were able to do that. This time we got three different beers of different types to give us a well rounded experience with their beers. Cascade Falls was the first beer on the second experience that we delved into. This beer is a Cream Ale and I haven't had one in a while so I was quite eager to get a hold of another one again. This particular Cream Ale had peaches and vanilla as the primary flavors and they were pretty good. It was sweet but not heavy handed which made this beer pleasant. This beer was a collaboration beer with another brewery, Thunder Island Brewing Company. After that I moved into dark beer territory and got a stout by the name of The Ashbringer. This one I rated very highly on Untappd because I enjoyed the flavor profile so very much! This stout has flavor highlights of roastiness, a spiced presence, coffee, chocolate and some clove. It was a really well made stout...well balanced and one I really got into. I believe actually this was my favorite beer out of the several I have tried. The last beer was a Marzen beer, a type that isn't too terribly common but always a good one when I can get a hold of it. The name of this beer was the Hasta La Raiz. This is a nice light bodied beer that has maltiness, roastiness, some fruitiness and a bit of a floral presence. It was a fun one to try out for sure. TPK Brewing also serves food and it's quite good! We grazed off of several different appetizers here that we really enjoyed. The first one was the Yuca Frita which was Yucca cut into big, thick French Fries sort cuts and we dipped it into a green sauce as well as a pico de gallo type of dip which enhanced the experience. In addition to that we got a beef empanada that Steve and I split along with the same sauces...also excellent and then to round out our snacking here we got the Arepitas De Queso which is a white masa cake mixed with cheese and then deep fried. It also had the same sauces as the previous two appetizers but we were fine with that... we were all about it and deep into it. Steve and loved this place and would be thrilled to come back to enjoy more of their food and beers !

I didn't try any of the food but it looked delicious. Had one of the ipas on tap and it was spot on. The server was kind of enough to let me try some samples before I decided.
