On top of the incredible response time and service, his pricing was extremely affordable -- honestly much less than I expected for an emergency call with such a fast turnaround. Having water suddenly coming through your ceiling is incredibly stressful, and Tim made the whole situation feel manageable from the moment he arrived. We live in a new home that was built in 2021. Recently, we found a leak in the outdoor water pipe. We called Near Me Plumbing and they were quick to send a knowledgeable professional plumber (Quintin) to our home that same afternoon. Quintin assessed the problem and provided an initial solution, as well as a more comprehensive solution. He gave us price quotes for both solutions and we chose the comprehensive solution, which involved the installation of copper piping (see photo). Since it was very late in the day, we decided to schedule the work on a later date. Quintin sent us a formal job estimate later that evening. We approved the estimate, made the appointment, and Quintin returned to do the job efficiently and professionally. The entire experience was exceptional, surpassed ALL expectations, and I am very happy to have found a plumbing service company with such high standards.
