Arrived within an hour of requesting a quote, quote was FREE.. no trip charge. Tim was great-he was…read moreinformative and gave me a quote right on the spot and their price beat the 3 other quotes I received this week. Plus he was able to do the whole job right there on the spot. He installed 2 drip legs and replaced the irrigation vacuum break valve. He was fast and efficient- no sly salesman up-sell moves which we greatly appreciated. He helped us get the job done before we replied to our BINSR request. Grateful for this company and would highly recommend and use them again!

I was optimistic about this company because of good reviews on Google and Yelp and Nextdoor. While…read morethe cause of my leak seems to be resolved (at least for now) it did bother me that I took the time to ask several times with the dispatcher "Taneea"(sp) and she said there was no fee to diagnose and I kept asking are you sure because in order to see where the leak is coming from my bathroom upstairs from the shower and where it settling we need to look at the pipes underneath where the drywall is and that involves cutting the ceiling drywall. And I asked her again several times if there's any charge for leak tracing or anything she was leaving out just to look and see before repairing and she said no, there's no diagnostic charge. They get here and tell me it's gonna be $125 just to cut the drywall and I just don't understand how there can be such a disparity between what I verified by phone and what I was being told now. And even if I give them the benefit of the doubt that the dispatcher was mistaken (though that's something very strange for a dispatcher who works for and represents a company to say, if not true) the fact that she did tell me that clearly, you would think to keep a customer they would stand by their own word, so not a great first impression. I still paid them $455 to change the cartridge in my shower, but they would not take five or ten minutes to cut up two 6"x6" holes in the drywall and look inside to see if there's any other extensive damage or leaking. I may just leave it for now and keep an eye for any signs of staining or moisture rather than deal with drywall repair. I still will inspect around the electrical where the ceiling fan canopy is and remove it from the ceiling to see if there's any water damage to the fan and light fixture or if it can be salvaged and still works once all is dry and I can restore power to the room. But they refused to look for any signs below to ensure there were no other signs of a leak unless I paid more. Another thing is with a large hole behind the shower faucet escutcheon where the leak occurred what's to keep another cartridge from failing and leaking right down into the room below and getting into the electrical and drywall and ruining another ceiling fan? I wish they'd have taken the time to tell me how to seal off that wall behind the faucet handle or given me suggestions but they just kind of did their job and left. They didn't offer me any advice or tips to prevent this again or set my mind at ease, and taking the time to do that would have made me feel more "taken care of" and built a rapport as a new customer. They just wanted to do the job I asked and go. So while I have no other complaints so far, they didn't go the extra mile or make me feel reassured at all for such a serious issue. It was just a "job" to cross of their list and not spend a second longer than necessary to show, discuss or reassure.

What sets them apart is their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer education. Rather than simply fixing the issue and moving on, they always take the time to explain what they're doing, answer our questions, and provide helpful recommendations for extending the life of our plumbing systems and fixtures. Most recently, Lou and Anthony spent an entire day at our home tackling a long list of plumbing projects. Their work was thorough, efficient, and completed to a very high standard. Despite the large scope of the job, everything was finished in a timely manner, looked great, and functioned perfectly. Just as importantly, they treated our home with respect. Before leaving, they made sure everything was clean and tidy, leaving no trace of the extensive work they had completed throughout the day. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers this level of service year after year. We highly recommend them and are grateful to have a plumbing team we can trust whenever the need arises.

We called Pink Plumbing because we had sewage periodically backing up into the house. We suspected…read moreit was a sewer line issue, and Pink confirmed that with a camera inspection for $300. The process to scope the line was similar to other companies, and the reviews for this plumber are great, so we included them in our quotes. The plumber they sent was knowledgeable and did a thorough job scoping everything and explaining what was going on. Ultimately, we decided to go with a different plumber with similar reviews but a much more appealing quote. I gave 4 out of 5 stars solely because their quote was on the high end, but to be clear, this company was professional, gave us a same-day quote, and did a great job finding the issue.

We live in a new home that was built in 2021. Recently, we found a leak in the outdoor water pipe. We called Near Me Plumbing and they were quick to send a knowledgeable professional plumber (Quintin) to our home that same afternoon. Quintin assessed the problem and provided an initial solution, as well as a more comprehensive solution. He gave us price quotes for both solutions and we chose the comprehensive solution, which involved the installation of copper piping (see photo). Since it was very late in the day, we decided to schedule the work on a later date. Quintin sent us a formal job estimate later that evening. We approved the estimate, made the appointment, and Quintin returned to do the job efficiently and professionally. The entire experience was exceptional, surpassed ALL expectations, and I am very happy to have found a plumbing service company with such high standards.

He's coming back tomorrow to check on the work. I wouldn't look anywhere else! They are the best company hands down! I will tell all my neighbors about them. Thank you Jared for your stellar service

We are so happy to have found Chase at Max Plumbing! From initial outreach to completion of project, Chase was friendly, professional, and upfront about his services. He was able to provide a quote in a timely manner and fit us into our schedule within the week that we requested service. He answered all of my questions/concerns before project start. We had a water heater, expansion tank, and water pressure regulator installed. He was able to complete this in a couple hours and we have been very happy with our new water heater. Pricing was very competitive, but most importantly, the communication and workmanship was top notch. We called Chase back for another plumbing issue we were having in the bathrooms a few weeks later. He was able to fix one issue and provided insight into the other items we may have to address further down the line. We are so grateful to have found Max Plumbing! Would 100% recommend and have Chase back for all of our future plumbing needs!
