We're very picky about who we let work on our home, and Jesus was professional, patient, and thorough. Hired him to install an above the range microwave and roof vent for $1147.00. "Edgar" destroyed my cabinet above the microwave, plug he installed was not safe, he used our tools, drilled up the paper diagram of where to mount the bracket and left it, hole in the roof didn't even line up properly with the hole he drilled in the cabinet, he used a dryer vent on the roof. The microwave was crooked and rain leaked into the attic down the cabinet and into the microwave. He sent another guy out to fix the microwave not being level and that man said Edgar was let go. Third time I called when it started leaking Alex said he'd send Edgar. Very fishy and then we found out they were the same guy. He refuses to refund my money and he blocked my calls. I had to hire a roofer to put on a whole new piece of plywood and put on the proper vent. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!

At least two blower unit rebuilds, a control card, multiple capacitor replacements, and a few pounds of refrigerant every couple years. This year the refill exited far too quickly and I called Heights A/C for a quote. Thomas replaced the old unit and re-worked the ducts for a great result. The house feels better with the new duct work and the system is amazingly quiet.

Heights A/C replaced a fan motor under warranty. It broke before one year. Thomas then refused to fix the fan motor because they didn't install the AC. Even so, they had done AC work 5 previous times, including the broken fan motor. I had to file a dispute in small claims court, which I won. In court, Thomas said one misstatement of fact after another, but the judge must not have believed him. Be careful dealing with them.

They fixed the issue for there standard service call and if it keeps reoccuring the expansion valve and vacuum needs to be done.
